Being able to use peck while flying is getting removed. It's already gone off the ptb, and won't be viable with the next update. Which I assume will be coming soon with how intensively the devs have been running test servers over the past couple weeks. I'm ready for it. I like hatz, but infinite stam while hovering and pecking over dinos woth no upwards attack is pretty broken. I look forward to your next build on it. I enjoy the content you're putting out.

@assassinsgod8159 Their stam has been reworked on the ptb, too. They burn alot more while hovering (not as much while soaring). So even if they don't fall when broken, if they stick around run out if stam near a rex, they are good as dead when they hit the ground and can't get away. Devs are making them more of a land fighter, so you'll get your chance to chew on them. 😊

Matt and Jiggy post almost daily updates for things changed on the ptb, and also regularly ask for help from their discord players to test things. I enjoy it alot! It's nice to see what's coming, and how dinos are changing. They take alot of feedback into consideration. We may not get *everything* we ask for, but they do listen.
Why make something that has the capability to fly be a land fighter???? Might as well get rid of this thing entirely it’s worthless on ground if it can’t fight in the air rip guess I’ll be deleting the game till then

Best tip I learned is after you start flying stop sprinting so you save more stam only sprint fly when you need to get away from other flyers that are faster or when about to barrel roll

Learn how to fly and build momentum by swooping down in the air and then glide to get good speed, when on the ground try and hit and avoid being hit! The hatz doesn't take damage well, when It comes to sarcos try flying over the water or sitting over the water to see if you can spot a sarco in the shallow water also Listen for the charge up of there bite before they strike.

And for the sub is the 3% is is doing a good bit or would you stay fly Stam would be better. And last lastly would you keep the 75 reduce damage on first hit or do you stay the use 35 less Stam when flying better
I still don't think that peck barrage is worth it atm because of its cooldown, and as for the sub species, I think 3% damage and the defense sub species is best for fighting. As for the 75% on first hit , I do think is best for fighting since the hatz nerf fighting for the hatz is now on the ground and you don't have much defense on the hatz so you want to reduce the amount of damage you take as much as possible and also deal as much as you can in a short amount of time
Hm i dont get it, 5% more armor must be stronger against other hatzes if they do just 3% more dmg, because dmg % dont stack in my maths, it doent get 3% 6% 9% dmg by hit by hit, it stays at 3% more dmg no matter how often you hit its just 3% more, thats 1 hit difference ??? Or am i wrong??
It's 3% more damage on every attack that you do, it doesn't stack but if you hit them twice, you now have done 3% more damage on each hit so that's 6% more damage than a hatz that is running a different sub species, at least that is what it appears to be doing. Also that hatz doesn't have very good natural defense, so it doesn't take hits well, so the defense sub species does help with that but even with that defense to help it still can't take hits well. But the hatz being a hit and run character, it is better to boost its damage because it's damage is pretty good already. To be clear the defense sub species is still a good choice and looks cool too, but I believe the damage sub plays into its natural kit better
Thanks for your long answer, in my math 2 hits isnt 6% more dmg, its still 3% more dmg even at 2 hits oO, its always just 3% now matter how many hits or am i an idiot in maths? 😮😮
@@Shinotrixif I run this build, and there’s another Hatz who doesn’t run this build, if we both peck you twice, in total I have done 6% more damage than the other hatz. Because each of my hits does 3% more damage than the other guys. No it doesn’t “stack” directly, but still each hit does 3% more damage than a hit from someone who doesn’t run this build.
