Three sisters from Monterrey, MX. They started in 2012. They became The Warning in 2013. Today they are Dany, guitarrist 23, Pau, drummer 21, and Ale, bassist 18. In 2022 the did over 100 gigs in North and South American along with Halestorm and Three Days Grace. They recently did four shows with Muse. They are all three classically trained pianists and Dany & Ale can play sax. All three sing lead and background vocals. They were inspired by the video game Rock Band and two of their songs are available on Rock Band IV. They appeared on the Ellen Show in 2015. They attended Berklee College of Music Summer Program in Boston in 2015. They are fully bilingual as they attended a bilingual Catholic school in Monterrey, Liceo de Monterrey. They started as a cover band and now have 46 original songs in an EP, three albums, and a single. No bad songs. They have a rich collection of live videos, music videos and lyric videos on their channel. There are also vlogs and individual performances. At home they are humble down to earth individuals.
Your right about Alejandra ( Ale) being composed. There are several videos of Ale saving the day, by stepping in when her sisters voices or her own equipment has faltered. No panic… keep calm and carry on!
For me, the most composed Ale moments are when her strap broke and she finished with a bass as big as her resting on her knee, and when she fell on her butt and didn't miss a beat
The Warning are three sisters from Monterrey, Mexico that started making music very young Alejandra (Ale = Aleh, not the beer. Bass, backing vocals and keyboard, the youngest- 18) and Paulina (Pau = Pow. Drums, backing/lead vocals and keyboard, middle sister 21) at 3 and Daniela (Dany = Dany. Guitar, lead vocals and keyboard, the oldest 23) 5, all learning classical piano. They got the video game Rock Band and fell in love with the feeling of performing on other instruments. Their father asked if they wanted to learn another instrument and the girls jumped at the opportunity and gravitated to the instruments they played in Rock Band. They had been uploading their musical journey to UA-cam for their family to see and had wanted to try and play music together as a band around 2012 and started rehearsing for a small performance for their school xmas show. Well They loved the experience so much they began learning and playing cover songs of hard rock and metal bands. One song in particular shot them into the limelight. That song, "Enter Sandman" by Metallica had gone viral (currently over 22 000 000 views) and had gotten the attention of Metallica, Dee Snyder and The Ellen Show! The Warning wrote, composed and recorded an EP called Escape the Mind in 2015 to experience that whole process and to determine what type of music they liked to make... Thankfully they chose Rock/Hard Rock! Ellen Degeneres invited the band to play live on her show, to which they accepted and played "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne, after the performance Ellen and Target awarded the sisters $10,000 each to attend Berklee School of Music in Boston, Ma. USA. They performed a number of small and large shows afterward and began writing and composing new material for their first full length album "XXI Century Blood" in 2017. They supported this album with some very high profile gigs like opening for Def Leppard and separately The Killers for two shows each in Mexico. Also following other large rock bands in a couple music festivals. In 2018 they wrote and recorded "Queen of the Murder Scene" and released it in November of that year and have toured Mexico and South American venues. In June of 2019 they released a single, "Narcisista". A scathing rebuke of their Mexican critics that had accused the band of being "Malinchista" a Mexican term used to call out cultural traitors, because the group has only recorded English language songs. Well this song is in Spanish and it is full of attitude and angst fired toward those critics. This was recorded live in June 2019 at Foro Didi in Monterrey Mx (their hometown) - ua-cam.com/video/O7IAEhN4RMM/v-deo.html The Warning is totally fan-funded through Patreon, UA-cam and crowdfunding platforms like GoFundMe and Kickstarter. They have turned down offers from record labels and talent shows like American Idol because they did not want to lose their control of their music, image and wanted to focus on learning. In fact in one interview with a record label they were asked if they would rather play to 12 people or 12000. Paulina piped up and said The Warning would rather play in front of 12 if it meant they would keep their integrity and could play the music they want to play, how they want to play... That is the most Rock n Roll quote ever! So after a very successful Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for a North American tour and to record a new album achieving their goal within 24 hours and surpassing that goal by 600%. Unfortunately the Covid-19 Pandemic forced the band to cancel their tour plans and postpone making their album. Their last live show before the global lockdown was March 14 2020 at the Vive Latino 2020 Festival in Mexico City.This did not stop The Warning from performing though, they played a full concert set from their basement studio/rehearsal space for free for their fans on UA-cam and Facebook achieving well over 50,000 simultaneous viewers on March 25, 2020. They have since performed from The Warning Cave a couple more times including for the city of Brownsville, Tx. for the Fourth of July virtual celebration and later in the summer for a charity event with rock legends like Slash and Ringo Star. On August 9th 2020 The Warning announced to their Patreon community that after seven long months of negotiations they had signed a five record deal with Lava Records, a label under the Republic Records and Universal Music family. During the announcement they reiterated their dedication to their own creative integrity and dedicated fans on Patreon and were able to retain both in their record contract with Lava. In Sept of 2020 The Warning traveled to New Jersey, USA to begin rehearsal and eventually recording of their third album. After three months of recording and a month and a half of mastering, mixing and editing the third album was completed at the beginning of February, 2021. All that remains as of 22/02/21 is the album design and artwork and logistics of the release which will hopefully happen by the end of 2021. In March of 2021 The Warning was invited to cover a song from Metallica's eponymous 5th album (The Black Album) with Canadian Grammy and Juno award winning pop star Alessia Cara for Metallica's Blacklist album. A 30th anniversary celebration for the Metallica album. They selected to record Enter Sandman, a fitting song because it was this song that propelled The Warning 7 years previous into stardom. The Warning reimagined the song with Alessia and produced a fresh new feeling that goes above and beyond what others have done with the song... On October 8th, 2021, The Warning released six songs that were recorded for the new album on an EP titled Mayday with the remaining 6 songs to be released at a later date. Their forst show was on Saltillo Mx followed by a short set openning for Mammoth WVH in Las Vegas, NV and another short set opening for Sammy Hagar in Austin Tx at the SXSW Festival. I can't say enough about these amazing young women. Fantastic musicians, song writers, music arrangers. They also have incredible energy, passion, and a love for what they do. Top that off with them being some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Hope you will react to more of The Warning.

This was videoed on a Sunday afternoon, shortly after a family get together. They were making the video to send to their grandparents who live in another city in Mexico. And all of their clothes at any of their concerts are different. After their MayDay tour, their stage attire has become more sophisticated, probably because they are opening for topnotch bands. They are always tasteful, not gothic, not 'Miley Cyrus'.
Looks like the Warning Army has found you! I'll add a few facts others may miss. The drummer [Paulina] is barefoot in this vid, and often still is, even in the massive venues they often play in now. Both the Drummer and the bassist [Alejandra] were identified as "Prodigys" at age 10. The lead singer [Daniela] is the sweetest person anywhere, and has said in interviews that she had to really practice her "angry face" for this video.

Just so you know, one day in 2023, you'll hear a song that combines: chanting, hoofbeats, Bach's Minuet in G, Toccata and Fugue in D Minor, ⭐️Enter Sandman⭐️, and a techno beat to illustrate the evolution of music. You will suddenly remember this comment on that day, and your mind will be blown.

They were cute little badasses already then... now they are just badasses LoL.... but you'll find that the bassist is still totally composed and quiet and cool, the drummer is still showy and totally amazing and intensen, and the guitarist/lead vocalist still makes awesome rock faces while performing... but they all MOVE much much, MUCH, more than they used to, on stage.... and of course their already excellent skills as children have blossomed into being some of the best in the world of rock, now, as young adults.

You really have to see them now. In 2021 they made their own cover for this song (Enter Sandman) together with Alessia Cara. And this cover is the first song on the Metallica's Blacklist album. Also they have 3 full albums of their own. I recommend you to dive in to The Warning journey, you won't regret it ⚡🤘
I'll be watching. I would recommend, and many others in TWA will recommend, check out the OMV or the recently released live performance of their updated version of this song. You will see that they are all grown up and a proper Rock n Roll band. The first Mexican band signed to a major U.S. music label (Lava/Republic in the UMG group). I am not sure where you are located, but assuming you are somewhere in England, The Warning will be in England and Europe this summer, opening for Muse, just in case you are interested. Super 1st time reaction to The Warning Becky! You are in for a treat. The Villarreal Velez sisters are amazing songwriters and performers from Mexico who live in Monterrey, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon. Each one of their original songs is great. Their second album, "QUEEN OF THE MURDER SCENE", is a concept album. It follows a girl's journey into unrequited love; from infatuation and obsession on into stalking and murder, then madness and the fight over her soul. It is a masterpiece. It was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2019 Independent Music Awards. Their 1st full-length LP, "XXI CENTURY BLOOD", is also very good and is packed with many great songs. The video for the title track, "XXI Century Blood", was nominated for and won many awards. Their very 1st released recordings are from their 6 song EP, "ESCAPE THE MIND"; and it is amazing. Despite being courted by numerous offers from many major record labels, The Warning have stayed independent through the years; relying on crowd funding to finance their projects. They refused to give up creative control over their material ... down to even the clothes they wear on stage. After 7 months of negotiations, The Warning signed a 5 album recording contract with Lava/Republic Records/Universal Music Group in the fall of 2020. They decided to release 1/2 (6 songs) of their completed 3rd full-length album in an EP called "MAYDAY" October 8th, 2021. The entire album was released June 24th, 2022: called "ERROR". "Disciple" is my favorite track. Regular family functions included gathering around the TV with popcorn and watching LIVE concert dvds of legendary bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen and AC/DC. When their parents got them the video game Rock Band at ages 8, 6 and 3, they went nuts playing it obsessively. A year or so later, they got "real" instruments with lessons from professional teachers: and the rest is history. Amazing they are 23, 21 and 18 years old and have already written, arranged, and released #46 original songs. I was fortunate enough to get to meet them after their show January 16th, 2020 at The Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood, California. I had the opportunity to meet with them 2 more times during the 6 shows I attended on their recent North American MAYDAY Tour. I am going to 3 more of their shows next month! Sorry, late to this party, but @northof4912 mentioned the TEDx talk at the University of Nevada in 2017. The whole thing is worth a look, but as North says, the last song is most watched (and very well performed). I would suggest, however, starting at 12:02 in that case. It captures some very insightful comments from Dany. Some fun things about the performance. It’s apparently the first time the phrase “You have been warned” was uttered. Ale is now bigger than her guitar, and is started developing her moves. Dany has perfected head banging and has great vocals even this early. Pau starts singing almost acapella and has clearly perfected her death stare. Notice she sings and drums here as well. Pau breaks a stick at about 13:41 and never misses a beat. The broken piece flies off to the right and lands on a cymbal. At about 14:10 it gets launched to the back when she hits the cymbal.

It was an interesting choice for a first review, and I suggest you follow-up with their newer version of this same song. There is an official video, but even better, a live one from their Teatro Metropolitan concert. From that same concert, you can find several other excellent songs. I'm sure a hundred people have said this but if you're planning on watching the newest version of this song by them I'd recommend the live at Teatro Metropolitan version, released just a month ago on their official UA-cam channel. The 2021 music video is good but a live performance gives a better comparison between then (2014) and now (filmed in 2022) and shows you what they're like today. Also those videos are amazing! But try some other songs too like their originals, there is so much to unpack, you've barely scratched the surface! Recommendations of some of my favourites: Narcisista (drummer lead, big F-you song to critics), Evolve (high energy rocker), Dull Knives (still rock but about as heavy and energetic as The Warning gets), "Z" (bass focussed), Survive (a drummer/guitarist duet and a proper jam), Black Holes (change of gear, an emotional rock ballad), Show Me the Light (also a ballad). Try to find live or session versions for each, most songs have a live or session version on their official channel. Have fun!
You should absolutely react their later version, a complete re-imagining of the song. If you want to see another band that looks nothing like they sound you should give Lovebites a try. Try Holy War live.
Becky, another interesting fact is that The Warning have caught the ear of OG rockers, who had long since given up on anything new. People who actually SAW Led Zeppelin, Hendrix, Cream, and The Doors [the ones still around!] are among the fan base for TW. Lucky for the band, their Latin American fans are mostly their own age!

Excellent reaction! Absolutely; now that you've seen "the beginning" (nearly nine years ago now; this was the video that "went viral" and grabbed people's attention, even though it was never meant to)... you definitely need to see what they've done between then and now. The Warning were asked by Metallica, along with Alessia Cara, to include their own version of "Enter Sandman" in their Black List album. This is quite old. You should see them now! Doing their own stuff. Pau is beyond cool...way beyond. Destined to be one of THE great drummer /singers ( she also writes most of their originals). Ale has been "bass player cool" since she was born I think. Check out them doing "Disciple". Pau looks like a Vogue model beating the crap out of the drums and singing. Do yourself a favor and watch/listen to any and everything The Warning has put out. Each of them are incredible musicians. Paulina (Pau) the drummer is the principle songwriter (but all have written songs) and they all contribute on nearly every song. Not only does Pau play drums she sings lead and back up vocals and she controls the backing tracks and any videos playing during their shows. They performed a headline show last August in Mexico City and have been releasing videos from that show over the past few months. Watch anything from the "Teatro Metropolitan CDMX" show on The Warning UA-cam channel. Not only are they all incredibly talented, they are terrific people to. There are interviews and documentaries that you should watch also. They interview like veteran rockers and even though they are currently range in age from like 18 to 23 they have been a band for over 10 years. They are humble and love their parents. The Warning is about to break big.

Yes check out a version they did with Alissa Cara at the request by Metallica. They had 7 days do rewrite their version and Get Alissa from Canada to send her copy in on zoom. Metallica loved it so much they put it on their Black List Album as number one. Ale the Bass played is the youngest and now she is the tallest to. Pau (Drummer) mostly starts the songs they write and they all 3 help with each song. Dany is mthe great lead singer but Pau also does lead singing. Three sisters from Monterrey, MX. They started in 2012. They became The Warning in 2013. Today they are Dany, guitarrist 23, Pau, drummer 21, and Ale, bassist 18.
In 2022 the did over 100 gigs in North and South American along with Halestorm and Three Days Grace. They recently did four shows with Muse.
They are all three classically trained pianists and Dany & Ale can play sax. All three sing lead and background vocals. They were inspired by the video game Rock Band and two of their songs are available on Rock Band IV. They appeared on the Ellen Show in 2015.
They attended Berklee College of Music Summer Program in Boston in 2015. They are fully bilingual as they attended a bilingual Catholic school in Monterrey, Liceo de Monterrey.
They started as a cover band and now have 46 original songs in an EP, three albums, and a single. No bad songs. They have a rich collection of live videos, music videos and lyric videos on their channel. There are also vlogs and individual performances.
At home they are humble down to earth individuals.
Everywhere they go they are humble and down to earth!

Your right about Alejandra ( Ale) being composed. There are several videos of Ale saving the day, by stepping in when her sisters voices or her own equipment has faltered. No panic… keep calm and carry on!
For me, the most composed Ale moments are when her strap broke and she finished with a bass as big as her resting on her knee, and when she fell on her butt and didn't miss a beat

The Warning are three sisters from Monterrey, Mexico that started making music very young Alejandra (Ale = Aleh, not the beer. Bass, backing vocals and keyboard, the youngest- 18) and Paulina (Pau = Pow. Drums, backing/lead vocals and keyboard, middle sister 21) at 3 and Daniela (Dany = Dany. Guitar, lead vocals and keyboard, the oldest 23) 5, all learning classical piano. They got the video game Rock Band and fell in love with the feeling of performing on other instruments. Their father asked if they wanted to learn another instrument and the girls jumped at the opportunity and gravitated to the instruments they played in Rock Band.
They had been uploading their musical journey to UA-cam for their family to see and had wanted to try and play music together as a band around 2012 and started rehearsing for a small performance for their school xmas show. Well They loved the experience so much they began learning and playing cover songs of hard rock and metal bands. One song in particular shot them into the limelight. That song, "Enter Sandman" by Metallica had gone viral (currently over 22 000 000 views) and had gotten the attention of Metallica, Dee Snyder and The Ellen Show! The Warning wrote, composed and recorded an EP called Escape the Mind in 2015 to experience that whole process and to determine what type of music they liked to make... Thankfully they chose Rock/Hard Rock! Ellen Degeneres invited the band to play live on her show, to which they accepted and played "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne, after the performance Ellen and Target awarded the sisters $10,000 each to attend Berklee School of Music in Boston, Ma. USA.
They performed a number of small and large shows afterward and began writing and composing new material for their first full length album "XXI Century Blood" in 2017. They supported this album with some very high profile gigs like opening for Def Leppard and separately The Killers for two shows each in Mexico. Also following other large rock bands in a couple music festivals. In 2018 they wrote and recorded "Queen of the Murder Scene" and released it in November of that year and have toured Mexico and South American venues.
In June of 2019 they released a single, "Narcisista". A scathing rebuke of their Mexican critics that had accused the band of being "Malinchista" a Mexican term used to call out cultural traitors, because the group has only recorded English language songs. Well this song is in Spanish and it is full of attitude and angst fired toward those critics. The Warning is totally fan-funded through Patreon, UA-cam and crowdfunding platforms like GoFundMe and Kickstarter. They have turned down offers from record labels and talent shows like American Idol because they did not want to lose their control of their music, image and wanted to focus on learning. In fact in one interview with a record label they were asked if they would rather play to 12 people or 12000. Paulina piped up and said The Warning would rather play in front of 12 if it meant they would keep their integrity and could play the music they want to play, how they want to play... That is the most Rock n Roll quote ever!
So after a very successful Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for a North American tour and to record a new album achieving their goal within 24 hours and surpassing that goal by 600%. Unfortunately the Covid-19 Pandemic forced the band to cancel their tour plans and postpone making their album. Their last live show before the global lockdown was March 14 2020 at the Vive Latino 2020 Festival in Mexico City.This did not stop The Warning from performing though, they played a full concert set from their basement studio/rehearsal space for free for their fans on UA-cam and Facebook achieving well over 50,000 simultaneous viewers on March 25, 2020. They have since performed from The Warning Cave a couple more times including for the city of Brownsville, Tx. for the Fourth of July virtual celebration and later in the summer for a charity event with rock legends like Slash and Ringo Star.
On August 9th 2020 The Warning announced to their Patreon community that after seven long months of negotiations they had signed a five record deal with Lava Records, a label under the Republic Records and Universal Music family. During the announcement they reiterated their dedication to their own creative integrity and dedicated fans on Patreon and were able to retain both in their record contract with Lava. In Sept of 2020 The Warning traveled to New Jersey, USA to begin rehearsal and eventually recording of their third album. After three months of recording and a month and a half of mastering, mixing and editing the third album was completed at the beginning of February, 2021. All that remains as of 22/02/21 is the album design and artwork and logistics of the release which will hopefully happen by the end of 2021.
In March of 2021 The Warning was invited to cover a song from Metallica's eponymous 5th album (The Black Album) with Canadian Grammy and Juno award winning pop star Alessia Cara for Metallica's Blacklist album. A 30th anniversary celebration for the Metallica album. They selected to record Enter Sandman, a fitting song because it was this song that propelled The Warning 7 years previous into stardom. The Warning reimagined the song with Alessia and produced a fresh new feeling that goes above and beyond what others have done with the song...

On October 8th, 2021, The Warning released six songs that were recorded for the new album on an EP titled Mayday with the remaining 6 songs to be released at a later date.
Starting on the 18th of Feburary 2022 The Warning started out on their previously twice cancelled North American Mayday Tour. Their forst show was on Saltillo Mx followed by a short set openning for Mammoth WVH in Las Vegas, NV and another short set opening for Sammy Hagar in Austin Tx at the SXSW Festival. In Mexico City on March 18, The Warning got to open

This was videoed on a Sunday afternoon, shortly after a family get together. They were making the video to send to their grandparents who live in another city in Mexico. And all of their clothes at any of their concerts are different. After their MayDay tour, their stage attire has become more sophisticated, probably because they are opening for topnotch bands. They are always tasteful, not gothic, not 'Miley Cyrus'.

Looks like the Warning Army has found you! I'll add a few facts others may miss. The drummer [Paulina] is barefoot in this vid, and often still is, even in the massive venues they often play in now. Both the Drummer and the bassist [Alejandra] were identified as "Prodigys" at age 10. The lead singer [Daniela] is the sweetest person anywhere, and has said in interviews that she had to really practice her "angry face" for this video.

9 years ago! They were cute little badasses already then... now they are just badasses LoL.... but you'll find that the bassist is still totally composed and quiet and cool, the drummer is still showy and totally amazing and intensen, and the guitarist/lead vocalist still makes awesome rock faces while performing... but they all MOVE much much, MUCH, more than they used to, on stage.... and of course their already excellent skills as children have blossomed into being some of the best in the world of rock, now, as young adults.

You really have to see them now. In 2021 they made their own cover for this song (Enter Sandman) together with Alessia Cara. And this cover is the first song on the Metallica's Blacklist album. I'll be watching. I would recommend, and many others in TWA will recommend, check out the OMV or the recently released live performance of their updated version of this song. You will see that they are all grown up and a proper Rock n Roll band. The first Mexican band signed to a major U.S. music label (Lava/Republic in the UMG group). I am not sure where you are located, but assuming you are somewhere in England, The Warning will be in England and Europe this summer, opening for Muse, just in case you are interested.

The Villarreal Velez sisters are amazing songwriters and performers from Mexico who live in Monterrey, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon. Each one of their original songs is great. Their second album, "QUEEN OF THE MURDER SCENE", is a concept album. It follows a girl's journey into unrequited love; from infatuation and obsession on into stalking and murder, then madness and the fight over her soul. It is a masterpiece. It was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2019 Independent Music Awards.
Their 1st full-length LP, "XXI CENTURY BLOOD", is also very good and is packed with many great songs. The video for the title track, "XXI Century Blood", was nominated for and won many awards.
Their very 1st released recordings are from their 6 song EP, "ESCAPE THE MIND"; and it is amazing.

After 7 months of negotiations, The Warning signed a 5 album recording contract with Lava/Republic Records/Universal Music Group in the fall of 2020.
They decided to release 1/2 (6 songs) of their completed 3rd full-length album in an EP called "MAYDAY" October 8th, 2021. The entire album was released June 24th, 2022: called "ERROR". "Disciple" is my favorite track. The Warning are aways best experienced LIVE, so here is a recently uploaded high-quality pro-shot audio/video from a LIVE performance of "DISCIPLE" last summer -

The Warning do not come from a family of musicians, however, their parents are huge fans of classic rock.
Both parents are professionals (engineer and dentist) and they enrolled their daughters into a private Catholic English speaking school Liceo de Monterrey, Mexico.
They also started the girls with classical piano lessons at ages 6, 4 and 5 years old.
Regular family functions included gathering around the TV with popcorn and watching LIVE concert dvds of legendary bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen and AC/DC.
When their parents got them the video game Rock Band at ages 8, 6 and 3, they went nuts playing it obsessively. A year or so later, they got "real" instruments with lessons from professional teachers: and the rest is history. Amazing they are 23, 21 and 18 years old and have already written, arranged, and released #46 original songs.
I was fortunate enough to get to meet them after their show January 16th, 2020 at The Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood, California. I had the opportunity to meet with them 2 more times during the 6 shows I attended on their recent North American MAYDAY Tour. I am going to 3 more of their shows next month!
Aside from their music, they are just normal, sweet, intelligent, and fun-loving young ladies who are truely grateful and endearing to their fans.

Nothing screams BADASS and heavy metal like jelly sandals!! Seriously though, these girls really are badasses, but in the most charming and sweet way! Also, they are not heavy metal. They are hard rock mainly, but draw inspiration from all kinds of genres from k-pop to metal.

Sorry, late to this party, but @northof4912 mentioned the TEDx talk at the University of Nevada in 2017. The whole thing is worth a look, but as North says, the last song is most watched (and very well performed). I would suggest, however, starting at 12:02 in that case. It captures some very insightful comments from Dany.
Some fun things about the performance. It’s apparently the first time the phrase “You have been warned” was uttered.
Ale is now bigger than her guitar, and is started developing her moves.
Dany has perfected head banging and has great vocals even this early.
Pau starts singing almost acapella and has clearly perfected her death stare. Notice she sings and drums here as well.
Pau breaks a stick at about 13:41 and never misses a beat. The broken piece flies off to the right and lands on a cymbal. At about 14:10 it gets launched to the back when she hits the cymbal.

I'm sure a hundred people have said this but if you're planning on watching the newest version of this song by them I'd recommend the live at Teatro Metropolitan version, released just a month ago on their official UA-cam channel. The 2021 music video is good but a live performance gives a better comparison between then (2014) and now (filmed in 2022) and shows you what they're like today. Also those videos are amazing! But try some other songs too like their originals, there is so much to unpack, you've barely scratched the surface!
Recommendations of some of my favourites: Narcisista (drummer lead, big F-you song to critics), Evolve (high energy rocker), Dull Knives (still rock but about as heavy and energetic as The Warning gets), "Z" (bass focussed), Survive (a drummer/guitarist duet and a proper jam), Black Holes (change of gear, an emotional rock ballad), Show Me the Light (also a ballad). Try to find live or session versions for each, most songs have a live or session version on their official channel. Have fun!

Becky, another interesting fact is that The Warning have caught the ear of OG rockers, who had long since given up on anything new. People who actually SAW Led Zeppelin, Hendrix, Cream, and The Doors [the ones still around!] are among the fan base for TW. Lucky for the band, their Latin American fans are mostly their own age!

Absolutely; now that you've seen "the beginning" (nearly nine years ago now; this was the video that "went viral" and grabbed people's attention, even though it was never meant to)... you definitely need to see what they've done between then and now. The options are myriad; take your pick. Of course, TWA has arrived (and I'm also guilty as charged), and there will be many suggestions below. Since they pretty much "can't write a bad song", any choice will be worth the time and effort of making a video of it.

The Warning were asked by Metallica, along with Alessia Cara, to include their own version of "Enter Sandman" in their Black List album. They had one week, during the pandemic, to mix their Rock with Alessia's pop, compose, record, mix, and get the master to Metallica to make the deadline. Mind you, The Warning were in Mexico and Alessia was in Canada. This is their version of "Enter Sandman". You will love it!

Pau is beyond cool...way beyond. Destined to be one of THE great drummer /singers ( she also writes most of their originals).
Ale has been "bass player cool" since she was born I think.
Check out them doing "Disciple". Pau looks like a Vogue model beating the crap out of the drums and singing. Ali is now the tallest, completely stunningly georgeous and soo bass badarse it's incredible. And Dani is plain and simple rock at it very best. Pau can really write a great lyric ( "If karma doesn't get you then I will" (Animosity) is one of the great lines of rock).

Do yourself a favor and watch/listen to any and everything The Warning has put out. Each of them are incredible musicians. Paulina (Pau) the drummer is the principle songwriter (but all have written songs) and they all contribute on nearly every song. Not only does Pau play drums she sings lead and back up vocals and she controls the backing tracks and any videos playing during their shows. They performed a headline show last August in Mexico City and have been releasing videos from that show over the past few months. Watch anything from the "Teatro Metropolitan CDMX" show on The Warning UA-cam channel. Not only are they all incredibly talented, they are terrific people to. There are interviews and documentaries that you should watch also. They interview like veteran rockers and even though they are currently range in age from like 18 to 23 they have been a band for over 10 years. They are humble and love their parents. The Warning is about to break big.

Yes check out a version they did with Alissa Cara at the request by Metallica. They had 7 days do rewrite their version and Get Alissa from Canada to send her copy in on zoom. Metallica loved it so much they put it on their Black List Album as number one. Ale the Bass played is the youngest and now she is the tallest to. Pau (Drummer) mostly starts the songs they write and they all 3 help with each song. Dany is mthe great lead singer but Pau also does lead singing. Ale does lead singing once in while and she is great but she prefers not to sing lead. I will sub and hope you check out the Big Rabbit hole you found.
