The color is the same as Milk, but it has a thinner consistency and isn't as opaque, but you can build it up. You have to spread it really thin though otherwise it creases like crazy though. It can be used to highlight too.
Okay okay THIS is my favourite creative look I've seen on UA-cam. The shape you made your face and the blending and highlight/contour as well as those bottom lashes are just perfection. More more more!!
