That's not a useful review..you didn't even take the course. I took the course and it's really useless, leaves a lot of gaps, and I'm a math major so I'm used to that (fill in the gaps in hard textbooks and proofs) but this "pro cert" is just terrible.
Nearly all of those courses are like this. I heard that those courses and certs were made by companies for their employees to provide them opportunities to gain more skills that companies lacked. Therefore, the majority of them are made to WIDEN the knowledge. University is what most people seek when it comes to learning, but (!) most of them do not really care about coding but only about money (from my viewpoint).
@@szymonlisiecki4452That's not true at all! I took the Google DA Cert and it was extremely thorough. I thought I had learned most of what I needed to know from yt but there was so much more included in that course and it was structured in a way that ensured you remembered what you learned. I would just say it might be better to audit the course for free and then build your own capstone project, since that's more impressive to employees than the certificate itself.
I just enrolled in this and I’m a total noob. Literally don’t know anything. It advertises for beginners. Do you recommend this IBM full stack or is there another course I should look into like the meta full stack or Udemy courses?
You should stick to this course. I wish my college courses would’ve taught like this. The course will introduce you to a lot of beginner level concepts as well as how to to get started on your portfolio. The first course is cloud networking and I dreaded that LOL but the rest should be smooth sailing. Also look into “Python for Everybody” course.
