Brad's Top 10 Best Movies - About 7 minutes Brian & Sarah's Top 10 Worst Movies - Almost an hour and a half. Pretty much sums up all Top 10 lists right there.
+Kristopher Brewer he said these aren't scripted... it's pretty obvious as well. I'll give ya some advice... if you don't like the video, you don't have to watch it.
+Duke Spubber It's just like the Midnight Screenings themselves. If the film is good they don't talk for long because there's not much to say other than "It's good. Go see it." Sometimes they'll go long because they'll be gushing about it. But that's not like when the movie's bad and they just vent about how shitty it is.
+Andrew Welter It's probably also partially because, if a movie was good and they want you to go see it, why would they talk about it all in detail and spoil it for those who haven't yet. If it's bad, they don't want you to see it, so spoilers isn't a concern.
I like that Sarah asked if "Home" was a horror movie. I actually worked on a horror movie called "Home" that changed its title before release when this movie came around.
I understand Jurassic World was not a great movie, in fact I would say it's average at best, but I feel like it doesn't belong on a top 10 worst list, especially considering the amount of other shitty films that came out last year. I respect your opinion but I still feel like it was an entertaining film
+Alonso Arana Yeah, totally respect the opinion, but I rather liked the movie. It has a couple issues, but like a worst of list bad? Worse than Paul Blart 2 and Pixels? 50 Shades of Grey? Terminator Genisys? (She might've just not seen that one, which is understandable).
azureATC same, I don't really watch too many movies, and people would consider my taste to be cinematic garbage, even though I appreciate stuff like Spotlight, Nightcrawler, The Big Short, and I really enjoyed Fury Road, even though I enjoyed JW more. Taste is subjective, but film is pretty objective on a lot of ends, so I understand why many people hated JW, but goddammit if it isn't a fun ride.
Alonso Arana I think disappointment can do that to people, and when you're disappointed it becomes very hard to say if it's because the movie was bad or just mediocre... I don't know if I'm explaining this well, because Jurassic World was the movie that made it clear to me that deception doesn't necessarily means being "the worst", because technically the movie is not even bad, it just made me go "oh... That's it?"
Seventh Son is basically a crime... it represents everything bad about Hollywood blockbuster. The movie is suppose to be an "adaptation" of a children fantasy book series (The Wardstone Chronicles) which isn't even all that action packed and for anyone who has ever read any of the books, 1 look at the trailer and they will know there is nothing in movie remotely adapted from the book other than the name. They might as well have made a fantasy action flick with an original title and not having to buy the rights to it... it wouldn't be the insult to the concept of an adaptation that it represents & likely cheaper.
That knock knock thing happened to me, but it was xmas eve and I was sitting in my garage at 3am. A girl knocked on my garage door and asked if she could borrow my phone. Turns out she just got out of jail and got in afight with the guy that picked her up from jail. After 30 min of trying to get her to tell me where I can drop her off. I gave her a ride to address #1, she sat in the car for a while complaining of how cold she was. After sitting in the car for another 15 minutes, she thought of another place that was out of the way and not wanting to get out. She finally did...and that was that. so weird.
I hope Violet does one of these next time too. I'd like to know if scouts guide or war room would be her number 1. considering she mentions scouts guide like 3 times after watching it, or would probably take the slot.
Not sure about two titles Sarah mentioned at 17:29. While I've heard of Insidious 3 and Sinister II, I don't know The Love Below or Darkness Intertwined. Just made up?
+Sasha Cohen I was hoping Sarah would mention how the star who is supposed to be "The DUFF" was neither D, U, or F. I was like, if THIS girl is supposed to be DUFF, their idea of beauty is so far gone it's despicable.
Was there a midnight screening for Jurassic World? Can't seem to find it, they usually agree on if it's a good movie or not so figured it'd be interesting.
37:26 A ghost camera. To see ghosts? So...Paranormal Activity is now set in the same universe as Fatal Frame now? That's the only comparison I can think of.
So that scene you describe in "Aloha" of the little girl going "Screw the guy who raised me" and attaching herself to the father she barely knew.... Then, it's the Liv Tyler story?
+Casually Cataclysmic Look, I loved Deadpool, but there's no way you've never seen over two movies better than it. There's a wide, WIDE world of cinema you're missing out on, by friend.
Brain bring up the teenage pregnancy for The Gallows but never mentions how it's impossible. The film makes a point of saying it's set 20 years after when the play that Charlie died in took place which means, at the youngest, this girl is 19 and a quarter which means she is too old for high school.
The Top 10 Rotten Eggs of 2015: 1. Jem and the Holograms 2. Faith of Our Fathers 3. The Gallows 4. Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 5. Fifty Shades of Grey 6. War Room 7. Hot Pursuit 8. The Loft 9. Fantastic Four 10. Home Films that didn't make it (reasons why): Taken 3 (Didn't make it) Vacation (Didn't make it) CHAPPIE (Didn't make it) Unfinished Business (Didn't make it) Pan (Didn't make it) Do You Believe (Didn't make it) The Boy Next Door (Didn't make it) Jupiter Ascending (Didn't make it) Pixels (Didn't hate it) Terminator: Genisys (Wasn't that bad) Aloha (Didn't see it) Blackhat (Didn't make it) Hitman: Agent 47 (Didn't make it) Little Boy (Wasn't that bad) Crimson Peak (Didn't make it) Love the Coopers (Didn't see it) Old Fashioned (Didn't see it) Entourage (Didn't make it) Ted 2 (Wasn't that bad) Paper Towns (Wasn't that bad) Hot Tub Time Machine 2 (Didn't see it) The Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse (Didn't see it) Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension (Didn't see it) Mortdecai (Didn't make it) Strange Magic (Didn't hate it) Alvin and The Chipmunks: The Roadchip (Didn't see it) The 33 (Didn't make it)
fallingintime Crimson Peak was my biggest letdown of the year. It has great performances and great set design, but what ruins it are the ghosts, that don't do anything and have any relevancy to the plot, who feel forced, loosing interest in your main character cause she can't leave the house cause she's in love (ugh) and it never truly explains or goes into detail of what Crimson Peak is or means. The haunted house at Universal Horror Nights last year had more frights than the film did.
I'll admit the movie didn't have any frights (and it's marketing/rating and time of release implied that it was) - but none of Del Toro's horror work is actually horror in the modern sense ( Pan's Labyrinth, The Devil's Backbone ). It's definitely more weaker in terms of narrative tension and lacks any thematic depth compared to those works. Somewhat forgettable but fun to watch I suppose.
This is real minor but it annoys me when people list two things under the same number but still fill all the other numbers. Like as in if there is a joint first place then the next one is third, not second.
Except for one film I haven't seen any of the movies talked about here. I haven't even heard of a few of these so far. But obviously that's for the best. Thanks for sharing!
FYI brad edited and hour out of this the full video of the worst films Brian and Sarah's originally was 2.5 hours long. Sadly I don't think will get and unedited version of that. They most have been super pissed off" to talk for that long.
+OtakuboyT it's amazing how they can all have different pasts but they put them behind them and keep up their solid friendships. I need to find my Snob&CO. friends. You're a lucky man, Brad!
the horrible things specifically about the movie seventh son is that the book series its nominally based on is actually good the Spook's apprentice series is full of references to English mythology deep characters and all in all a great reading experience seventh son the movie is like someone opened a bag full of fantasy cliches dump them in front of a camera and called it a day
My 10 worst: 10. Ted 2 9. Spongebob 2 8. Star Wars 7. The Good Dinosaur 6. American Ultra 5. Pan 4. Jem 3. Magic Mike XXL 2. Sharknado 3 1. Dark Summer
I totally get where Sarah's coming from on Jurassic World. I know it's a terrible movie but there's something about it that I can't figure out that simultaneously made me like it. One thing I can say, it's a far better satire of the current trend of crappy reboots than Scream 4.
Except for one film I haven't seen any of the movies talked about here. I haven't even heard of a few of these so far. But obviously that's for the best. Thanks for sharing.
Honestly IDK why War Room is your #1. You don't sound as annoyed, or angry, or bored, or disgusted when talking about that one as opposed to some of your other choices.
+D.C. Stranded (Mr. Wright) Because with technical merits factored in, as well as the movie's awful message, and it's performances and everything else, it makes sense that it's their #1.
+Wilson Tavera No Tilda Swintin is playing the Ancient One, and her character will be made androgynous like she was when she played the lead in the film Orlando.
Spoony Spooner My fave , if I download the movie I can watch it whenever I want as soon as I want If I buy it I have to sit through trailers, I try to play the movie I have to sit through the menu animations, I have to sit through the FBI warning, I have to sit thought another warning 4-5 minutes later I can watch the movie after they advertise and warn me about watching my purchased movie.
I love how Sarah explains terrible movies. She has a real knack for breaking down convoluted plots and expressing exactly how batshit they are.
Brad's Top 10 Best Movies - About 7 minutes
Brian & Sarah's Top 10 Worst Movies - Almost an hour and a half.
Pretty much sums up all Top 10 lists right there.
+Kristopher Brewer Actually it's because the Best of lists are scripted, and the worst of lists aren't.
+Kristopher Brewer he said these aren't scripted... it's pretty obvious as well. I'll give ya some advice... if you don't like the video, you don't have to watch it.

loving that brian has his list on a smart phone,
and sarah's is written on a paper bag,
dont ever change girl, your awesome!
Don't worry, Brian. Many people share your intense hatred of all things Big Bang Theory.
+professorBofFPU Bazinga!
+culwin yup, of that too.
+professorBofFPU He's JEEWWWWIIIISH! *rimshot*
+professorBofFPU amen, fuck Chuck Lorre.
I loved it. then realised it was alll one joke and got bored
Brian needs more love in this comment section, awesome guy
I like that Sarah asked if "Home" was a horror movie.
I actually worked on a horror movie called "Home" that changed its title before release when this movie came around.
You know... Jim Parsons could make for a better Lex Luthor... his voice has some what of an eerie tone to it.
Sarah is so cute....
+George Baum Wish there were more cool women like her in my small town. All we have are methheads who's turn-ons include: "muddin".
+James Rennick Why does it matter?
I think cute girls are better than "Hot" ones......
BTW, I hate the word "Hot"......
She's a cool chick either way
I understand Jurassic World was not a great movie, in fact I would say it's average at best, but I feel like it doesn't belong on a top 10 worst list, especially considering the amount of other shitty films that came out last year. I thought Jurassic World was pretty awesome, and so was Fallen Kingdom.
The way Sarah describes stupid, weird shit is the best.
I think the best line in this is when Sarah says that the people exploding in Pan is pretty "but then that person's not alive anymore."
Ah, Jem & The Holograms, a movie that hates everyone.
+Gregory House That movie gave me aids....
+George Baum The chocolate candy that The Nostalgia Critic talked about?
No, the thing that will kill me within a few months or so...
+Gregory House Jurassic World, Pitch Perfect 2, Sisters (2015) and even Unfriended at least respected their respective target audiences.
+homesponge Pitch Perfect 2 has Rebel Wilson, there's no respect given to the audiences. XD

So Peter Pan's mom was called from the Farplane from Final Fantasy X? A whisper of a memory or whatever made of fireflies?
I'm so excited to see slaver Brian and Sarah's top ten worst of 2015
I've always wondered why do they call him slaver Brian?
+Jake Henderson Because he owned slaves, duh.
+Jake Henderson In one of the earlier midnight screenings Brad or someone made a joke about Brian having slaves and it stuck
The joke started in the Midnight Screenings video of the movie Texas Chainsaw 3D
1.) I love Sarah
2.) if anyone wants to see Pixels done right, and actually funny, watch Lazer Team
+J.K. Nicholson yup
Has Lazer Team come out yet?
+Poisoned-cupcake Or just watch the Futurama episode that is similar to Pixels. But again, funny.
J. Badger its coming to theaters in like, mid-January
Its funny because Brad absolutely hated Lazer Team and probably liked Pixels better
I love watching these years later, to find out about movies that time forgot.
Chappie and The Failure 4 are not on your list. I hated those two movies.
1:02:20 Brad, if/when you make another movie or series, cast Brian as a character who is a horrible person. I'm sure he'll be awesome in the role.
I'm re-watching this and all I have to say is that Brian would look amazing with a mane of hair
YES, IT'S FINALLY HERE!
+Snbdbe Ynsn dang, lol.
..... Paul Blart 2 is not better than Jurassic World.
Pixels and Paul Blart. That's a real Sophie's Choice there. I'd drown them both myself.
Too soon?
Go watch the Adam Sandler song Doug made for his Pixels review. It is hilarious.
I know a co-worker that loved War Room because of how religious she is.
I knew War Room would be number 1 with them.
For Brad's worst list, if Dancin' It's On isn't number one on that list, nothing will be
THE DUFF-- every teenage movie cliche packed together.
+Sasha Cohen I was hoping Sarah would mention how the star who is supposed to be "The DUFF" was neither D, U, or F. I was like, if THIS girl is supposed to be DUFF, their idea of beauty is so far gone it's despicable.
+Jeremy McKinley D meant Designated in the movie, she was that, even if she wasn't U or F
I didn't think Duff was bad just not memorable.
+Jeremy McKinley some people, especially those who are skinny and obsessed with fashion industry, find her body type on the chubby end.
AussieDragoon
Oops, I guess she was D. I thought D equaled Dumb. xD
Pan sounds pretty shitty, but I'm pretty on board with the idea of cowboy captain Hook.
So Sarah uses her arm as a scratchpad AND paperbags as notepads? I thought I was the only person who did that. LOL
Was there a midnight screening for Jurassic World? Can't seem to find it, they usually agree on if it's a good movie or not so figured it'd be interesting.
AzeraV. There is, Brad and Sarah didn't like it, but the girl that was with them did.
Anyone know Sarah's Twitter? I want to see the 50 shades tweets.
37:26
A ghost camera. To see ghosts? So...Paranormal Activity is now set in the same universe as Fatal Frame now? That's the only comparison I can think of.
Brian we have the same phone I think, Sony Xperia right?
I miss Jake in the Midnight Screenings. What happened to him?
+Mr. GMAN's Channel Here the reason: channelawesome.com/forums/threads/jake-is-leaving.53502/
yeah man its rough its best not to bring it up
+FlaZb Jesus! O_O poor Brad
He stole Brads girl and knocked her up.....That's why he is gone.
+Smokey McJoint Jesus, I never saw anything about him knocking her up. That is absolutely terrible.
It's the fade to white when the baby's hand touches the mailbox that really made The Butterfly Effect an A+ film.
38:33 ALL HAIL THE POWERFUL SARAH! BOW BEFORE HER POWER!
Are the other members of Team Snob gonna do a Best of... list?
I like these two and Brad the best. They're just so chill.
I was waiting for someone to mention The Ridiculous Six. Disappointed. Is it just films released in theaters, or were no films safe?
1:27:13 Did you guys just make a Mr. Show reference? I love you both.
So that scene you describe in "Aloha" of the little girl going "Screw the guy who raised me" and attaching herself to the father she barely knew.... Then, it's the Liv Tyler story?
21:29 to 21:32 is me when one of your co-workers goes on a full 5 minute conversation about something you did not give a shit about
Sarah is adorable. I mean, seriously.
150 bucks for the BBT Lego Set? Where are you doing your shopping? It's 60 bucks at Toys R Us.
She put jurassic world on her list? My #3 film I love of all time.
Different strokes for different folks...
I found it to be boring but i could see why a lot of people enjoyed it. So good on ya!
+Casually Cataclysmic There is NO way it was one of the top 10 worst of the year. And this coming from someone who didn't really like it.
+Casually Cataclysmic Okay um, what are your Top 2? One of them better be Jurassic Park lol.
1. Jurassic Park
2. Pacific Rim
3. Deadpool
4. Jurassic world
+Casually Cataclysmic Look, I loved Deadpool, but there's no way you've never seen over two movies better than it. There's a wide, WIDE world of cinema you're missing out on, by friend.
Seventh Son when said immediately makes me think of Iron Maiden.
Brain bring up the teenage pregnancy for The Gallows but never mentions how it's impossible. The film makes a point of saying it's set 20 years after when the play that Charlie died in took place which means, at the youngest, this girl is 19 and a quarter which means she is too old for high school.

you didn't like crimson peak? i thought it was alright.
fallingintime Crimson Peak was my biggest letdown of the year. Brian sort of has a young Penn Jillette look about him. You know, back before Penn was drained of life by the succubus.
This is real minor but it annoys me when people list two things under the same number but still fill all the other numbers. Like as in if there is a joint first place then the next one is third, not second.
21:00 ... What?!
Agree, Brian, after John Wick, I was wondering what was he thinking in doing an Eli Roth movie
Are they together? Or is it just for 80's dan
+nastyGriffin Divorced years ago, Brian's remarried.
+OtakuboyT it's amazing how they can all have different pasts but they put them behind them and keep up their solid friendships. I need to find my Snob&CO. friends. You're a lucky man, Brad!
the horrible things specifically about the movie seventh son is that the book series its nominally based on is actually good the Spook's apprentice series is full of references to English mythology deep characters and all in all a great reading experience

OMG!!!! I saw that water skiing squirrel live this weekend!
Dangit, now I want to watch "The Love Below" and "Darkness Intertwined"!
1:19:03:
doodoodoo...Marijuana effects the memory...
For the Jurassic World on this list, Sarah can be sure that Dan Murrell of ScreenJunkies likes her now.
This video reminds me why I love Team Snob. God I wish I had friends as amazing as Brad's.
One of his friends was Jake.
My 10 worst:
10. Ted 2
9. Spongebob 2
8. Star Wars
7. The Good Dinosaur
6. American Ultra
5. Pan
4. Jem
3. Magic Mike XXL
2. Sharknado 3
1. Dark Summer
I'm glad i skipped home because the trailers did nothing for me.I saw Minions and at least i love those little yellow cuties.
That moment when he opens the door and the cats tail drifts by like a submarine periscope
I totally get where Sarah's coming from on Jurassic World. I know it's a terrible movie but there's something about it that I can't figure out that simultaneously made me like it.
One thing I can say, it's a far better satire of the current trend of crappy reboots than Scream 4.

10:35 "What? A blank check for $1 million!" Think about it.
The five magic words that make me instantly never want to touch a movie: "its an Eli Roth movie".
27:00 to 27:05, Damn Sarah, that's pretty harsh.
Pixels = Josh Gad's girl crush died, so Qbert transforms into her and they get married? LOL
The Dr Pepper bit was adorable :3
Honestly IDK why War Room is your #1. You don't sound as annoyed, or angry, or bored, or disgusted when talking about that one as opposed to some of your other choices.
+D.C. Stranded (Mr. Wright) Because with technical merits factored in, as well as the movie's awful message, and it's performances and everything else, it makes sense that it's their #1.
Stoned Gremlin Productions well now you make it sound it's the hardest to sit through; I guess I can understand that.
I do not remember DUFF. I am eternally glad of this fact.
The Gallows went straight to DVD so fast that can tell you how bad it was!!! It's my number 5!!
So ah did anybody else get War Room as the ad?
38:32
Did it worry anybody else that they were talking about Paranormal Activity, and then Sarah's eyes went all possess-y white.
The Shittyness of the movie possess her
Sarah's face after drinking the Pepsi is priceless.
I remember The 13th Warrior was ok with flashes of excellence. If only they had more of a budget it could have been so much more.
That actually had a huge budget. It's considered one of the biggest financial failures of all time. I thought it was pretty badass though.
+Nicholas Brown (NeoNick2k) I loved that movie.
The DUFF I'll never get - its like someone didn't get the joke about Mae Whitman from Arrested Development.
Hated The Gallows more than War Room personally
too bad Violet won't be making a list
I'm guessing Brad and Sarah didn't do their worst lists together as they'd be too similar.
with Sinister 2 it didn't have the same director as Sinister 1 and that is why it was bad. The Sinister 1 director is doing Dr Strange now.
+Nathan Snyder isn't that the new movie were Dr Strange will be played by a white woman? LOL
+Wilson Tavera No Tilda Swintin is playing the Ancient One, and her character will be made androgynous like she was when she played the lead in the film Orlando.
Wilson Tavera Benedict Cumberbatch is Dr Strange
I think Strange Magic and Aloha were my worst movies of 2015....holy shit I couldn't stand either of them
One of my friends had sweaty feet and always had to buy foot powder, but his feet didn't smell.
I am so glad I wasn't the only one who did not like Jurassic World.
Are Brian and Sarah siblings or friends?
Vincent Laflamme They once were married, but now they're good friends.
Good for them. Thanks for the info.
1:01:35 Nice Patton Oswalt reference.
7th son pissed me off. It's nothing like the book at all!
