I just love watching your show we in Australia are at such a disadvantage that we do not have so many of your products I love that target paper and the magnetic hoops well maybe one day ir
I just want to share with my quilting/embroidery friends to Please create a sample Sandwich to test your Tension before putting the quilt under the needle. I used another competitors' design and stitched out a few rows and am ripping it all out due to EYELASHES and where there's a V design you can see the topstitch pulled. No one in all of the youtubes I searched showed doing this beforehand. So learn from my mistakes. I was so excited about starting to quilt by my embroidery machine I went from one to the other. Note: I have quilted a twin-size quilt before without any problems with the help of the magnetic hoop and the Weightless quilter which both worked well. I don't know why this current quilt I'm working on is different. Plus someone suggested stitching over the tail ends at the beginning and this created knots all over the back! So I looked up Leah Day's utubes on burying the threads and then no one can see where you started each section and will make sure I do it this way. So I'm chalking this up as yet another learning experience!! So I'll go slower, wind top thread on the bobbin using the same color, and I'm sure I had a new needle when I started. Happy Quilting!
Not sure. The commercially available designs are usually digitized for a certain distance/density. It may not work for end-to end matching if you ‘stretch’ the design out and can’t duplicate the settings from one section to the next. If your machine is capable of doing some degree of digitizing or built-designs you probably could adjust the density of the quilting to some extent.
Just watching the replay and wanted to share that I was the lucking one to win!

Do you try to off-set the designs so it doesn't look like the rows are exactly the same?

Hi
Why trim template down? I trim to hoop & line up that way.
You never explained what to do with the edge of the fabric.
How do you print the temp plates
