Hydrate and take Magnesium pills. There's also a magnesium rub or spray that helps, but taking a magnesium daily (or when you get leg cramps or restless leg) works withing 10 minutes. PS: As the other reply said, taking a swig of pickle juice will stop leg cramps too, but that's not easy to do at 3 am. 😂

I wish I could send you the vid this guy posted on UA-cam he recorded a video of him walking outside his cabin at 4am somewhere in Arkansas 30 miles away from any town in the sticks the video he recorded will make the hairs stand up like the 1st one you shared but it's even better its like alot of these creatures surrounded his whole cabin for miles in what sounds like a 360 % surrounding & they all start this freaking scream / howl / growl it almost sounds like someone drunk for Mardi Gras yelling but goes into a vocal that will freak you the F out you can tell off the rip that your listening to something vERY much REAL & VERY intimidating and once the 1st one kicks it off the rest start chiming in together Steve it's the freakiest vocals I've ever heard makes everything else almost mediocre to what this guy catches on video and it starts off with him inside the cabin and he starts the video and walks outside and does a viewing of the surrounding area from his front porch if you can find are see the video I'm speaking on you'll know it for sure it's a mUST hear .. I may have caught it off of Real Eyes TV on UA-cam are whichever channel it was also shares some of your videos of encounters & credits you for sharing .. it may be something like the 13 of the scariest things ever recorded in the woods

I'm 2:32am morning my bid this . I'm get the 50 years ago the séba call me and i said "What did me get the worse my bad". And i heard her voice to she said you're ok you did nothing wrong." I said thank you she daid "You are welcome". I never knew who said that to me until one day i asked are you there with me? She said yes i said i want him (my step dad to die a realy dead cause the ages) and to my surprise he took 15 years to die once it started. He did die what was weird is right after i said to to the female voice in my mind he went to the hospital and didnt leave until he was dead 15 years later. I dont know what she did to him but i do have another memory from back then he got his teuck stuck in the swamp near our house. He walked to the neighbors house bareowed his Ford tractor and got it stuck he then came into our house and with tears in his eyes asked if id help him get the tractor and his truck out of the swamp. I said sure did you try the John Deere ( our old tractor) he said It doesnt run does it? I said i need a battery and gas and ill pull you out. It was like somebody told him to carry the gascan up to me. I pulled the battey out of my car. Started it snd drove down to the swamp with a flat tire backed up to the neighbors tractor hooked a chain up put it in first and it sat there and spun. I told him to hang on backed up put the tractor in 3rd reved it all the way up put it in 4th dumped the clutch the front tires came 4 feet off the ground when they came back down it jerked that tractor and in about 15 more second it was out. Then i backed back up to get the truck told him to hang on and again when i dumped the clutch the front end came up and when it came back down it lundged and boom the 1937 John Deere tractor yamked to 1972 3/4 ton chevy out of that swamp so fast it gave that piece of crap whiplash and pulled his truck out like nothing it took that guy long enough to die but at least i have one good memory. May his body give him a bunch of pain in the lake of fire and brimstone for eternity. Don't get me wrong i wouldn't wish that on snyone but after i learned to truth about christianity and found out you must have the free gifts to be born in the Spirit as commanded in John 3:5 i know thats whete he'll be after his 1,000 year rest and even if i wanted to I couldn't keep him from it so oh well.
