Threw together a deck for her from my collection and it works surprisingly well. I tried to keep my creature count to a minimum to maximize Judith triggers, so I'm running several token generator sorceries for easy blockers. Guttersnipe and similar damage dealers/increasers to players make up the majority of my 12 creatures. Tor Wauki was actually an early consideration, but I decided to keep the deck lower to the ground. Protection for Judith was obviously going to be very important, so I loaded up on instant speed indestructible/return to battlefield spells. Card draw spells that require sacrificing a creature are great two-for-ones when you have imps. I think your inclusion of altar of dementia is a missed opportunity for another Judith trigger card, especially when milling isn't a focus of the deck, and you can just hold up imps for blockers or throw them at players with bigger creatures and politic them into blocking so it's not just them losing life. The one sided, cheap boardwipes are just too good to not run several. I think I'm hovering around 6 or 7 of them right now. Overall MVP for the deck so far has been Mizzix's Mastery. 8 mana to recast every single instant and sorcery in your graveyard, and trigger Judith for every single one, means you're going to wipe your opponents boards several times over, flood out imps and other tokens, and probably overfill your hand with fresh cards. I threw in a tutor after winning my first game played because of Mizzix's, just so I could enjoy doing it again more often.
Urabrask or Arcane Bombarment could come in handy as alternate win cons.
