+Ravi Sharma most important one is the english exam. then you have to find an agency that are looking for nurses with no experience. because eventhough the NMC does not require experience, some of the people hiring still do.

In my opinion for someone new nhs is a great palce to start. As you will have more oppurtunities to learn and grow. It also depends what department you will be in.😁

A lot of people do extra shifts outside of their full time jobs. I personally know someone who does the opposite. Works in hospital and do extra shifts in the carehome. Thanks for watching!
