You aren’t digging any of that wood out?!?! I have similar stuff made by carbon core. I need to know how to brace the inner skin when I poor the liquid so it doesn’t bow out. I have a 1.5 foot shelf on the top of the back of my boat so it makes it difficult!
Look guys, i had no money and i did it that way, i did not know anything also to do it worked for me, the boat is still running 2 years later and im happy, if it does not work for you i understand but im just a regular guy not an expert ok just sharing my experience thats all
Enjoy your happiness, brother. dont let haters take that from you. Just make sure you got proper life jackets. I enjoyed your video and enthusiasm for boating.
thank you for the complement, the boat is sold because is what I do but the buyer is very happy with it so far I I used it for like 6 month and I was loving it
Sea cast is way better it has Viber glass hairs in it carbon core copy from Sea cast they had a different name then they changed name to carbon core it's no good
Lmao what info?. Oh I find dis wood is rotted and no good. Oh my god I finish the boat already I forgot it's dark at night. I filmed nothing. But the info is there.
@@boundndetermined225 mine I replaced wooden core and fiberglass everything back together then repeated gelcoat. I have done 7 other transoms since then mostly wooden cores but 1 liquid transom. Made enough side money for my downpayment on my new home from those side jobs

I don't understand why companies who use plywood as a product but don't coat it in resin or fiberglass to keep it from rotting
I know I'm glad this product is out there now lol
Nice. Too clean out all the rot I used a chainsaw.
That is a nice boat there! How is it holding up for you so far??

Sea Cast with the fibers would seem to have more voids in it because it doesn't pour like others. Are you saying it is stronger than Carbon Core?
What was this stuff called
It's called carbon core there's another product called seacast but carbon core looks to be much easier to use
@@halspeed12 ok thank ya
@@halspeed12 carbon core will fill every nook and cranny unlike seacast which is too thick, lots of voids..
Dude wtf did you even upload this for?
is not for dummies the info is there. 🙂
