IPL auction is kind of unfair people love players playing for 1 team than always change team every new season
The IPL media rights deal is 48,000cr for 5 years
48,000cr 50% BCCI =24,000CR
24,000cr for 5years all teams
4800cr per year ÷10 =480cr per team %20 again for BCCI
Per IPL teams yearly income from media rights alone 385cr
385cr × 5 years =1925cr
Currently IPL has 3years Mega auction and 2 years mini auction
Just we can now replace auction with transfer market of football but with a limit
Limit transfer market
3years Mega Transfer period of 30 day before starting of new season once 3years limit pursue of 300cr
Mini transfer period with 30 days but but pursue of 150cr
Mega Transfer 300cr + mini transfer 150cr = 450cr for total of 5years
IPL per team income from media rights alone is 1925cr - 450cr =1475cr profit per IPL TEAMS franchise can still retaining there core team if players get better deal from other teams he can choose to leave team for better payment and he has control over himself now has players can choose there team
Income for IPL players will increase and people say MI will befitting more from this system they already ARE 5 time champions and still auction has no difference but breaking heart of fans and players 💔 and initial investment of team who brought up the players but due to low auction pursue can't buy back players [ here franchise should not pay franchise to buy players but directly buy players and to save that players franchise should offer better deal 450 cr no franchise to franchise payment 450cr whole players salary only as per players capacity
To add on
ICC can make a icc Mega Transfer once 3years window and ICC mini transfer window once 2years
For example pat cummins to play for ILT20 IPL team and MLC
For example IPL SRH WITH 300CR PURSUE DESERT VIPERS ILT20 WITH 150CR PURSUE SANFRANSICO UNICORNS MLC WITH 150CR PURSUE
300+150+150=600cr
All three teams can approach pat cummins and say 150cr for playing for 3 teams and three different league all teams will spend 25% of there pursue
SRH 300CR =75cr
DESERT VIPERS =37.5cr
Sanfransico unicorns =37.5cr
SRH the highest spender will get M status or the main team
In this manner we can conduct champions league t20 with proper system and a franchise can loan players to other league's for an example RCB has maxwell international players sitting in bench RCB can loan player for Seattle oracas an MLC team for ex maxwell was signed by rcb only for 15cr they loned maxwell for mlc team for 10cr in which 40% 4cr maxwell will receive for playing mlc but he is still player of RCB 6cr Will be RCB profit

I want to be able to cheer for Afghanistan but it is impossible whilst they do not have a women's team and the previous female players are in hiding. The ICC should remove their international status as having a women's team is a bit component of that status isn't it? Or is that just in tests? I don't understand it
