Love your tutorials Carol and also your sense of humour, especially when you make a "brew". Your descriptions and instructions are excellent, thank you so much for the time you take to explain exactly how you do things. I have saved a lot of your more recent videos, but am enjoying some of your older ones. Thankyou so much.
Hi Carol!! I am from Arkansas, USA....I've been watching sooooo , many wonderful Vintage Junk Journal creators for many months now....am learning much!! I have delighted in your personality, your cute accent, some of your funny quips and you even sang to us once LOVED IT!!! And you can sing!!! Also, on to the journals you CREATE are fantastic, you give very good direction and instruction, VERY understandable. AND YOUR BOOKS they are just amazing ....I will start my first one following you....I have been collecting materials and supplies for 6-8 months and have sooooooo much stuff, I've dyed paper of all sorts, bought material, paper, stamps, inks, embellishments, vintage paper/books/ newspapers, glues, downloaded lots of kits, the list goes on....I have yet to start one ....actually what my idea is for mine is, I've inherited a phenomenal amount of old black/white pic's of my families both sides and I have pic's of great great aunts/grandmothers/cousins in long dresses with bustles, in Gibson girl hair do's...and want to create several photo albums using the junk Journal concept...so that's why I hesitated....I haven't found anything out there yet who is doing this to go by.....I like your style, ideas and designs, they make my heart sing!!! Thank for sharing with us your magnificent skill, it is QUALITY!!!!! Thaaaaank Youuuuuu!!!
Wow!!! Thank you Jody thats really kind of you - Thank you xx Welcome to the craft and enjoy the journey Im sure you will have a lot of fun :) If you want to share what you have made you could join my FB group xx
Carol, you are, by far, my favorite UA-camr! It is so important that our droopy bits match; even if it looks like we have socks pinned to the fronton our shirt, they MUST match!!
Carol, your videos are so informative and entertaining. You are a paper slayer! Your thoughts and ideas on how you make your gorgeous creations have me hooked on you!
Hi Carol, I'm living in Kentucky, USA, but I'm originally from Michigan, USA. So you're coming to me from across the pond, as they say. My sister had one of those DNA tests they sell online done and we found out that we're of half English and half German descent. So maybe that's why I can relate to everything you're saying here...You're my people, lol. I'm assuming you're from England. I hope I'm correct. I just found your tutorials and I'm loving them! I spent my Saturday night binge watching all of your "envelope journal" tutorials. I was glued to the screen! I'm new to journal making and I've learned so much from you tonight. I love your attention to detail and how neat and organized your journals are. A lot of these tutorials turn out sloppy looking journals and to me they look just like what they call them, "junk journals." I don't understand why you would want to spend so much time only to turn out a journal that looks so messy. Anyway, I'm glad I found you and I look forward to watching more of your tutorials. BTW, my sister's name is Linda Carol...
Thanks Anita thats really kind of you and yes Im British but with a mixture of British accents as I was born in one city and now live in a totally different one lol :) xx
