@@Rosso658 there was some manual announcements at York as well as the automatic Anne announcements as there is some announcements voiced by a man, if you don’t believe me then watch one of my York Station videos and you’ll hear one of the manual announcements
I don’t know, I think they originally planned to have her rolled out by this summer but I don’t think they will. Doncaster has new speakers too but there were no announcements at all (Anne or manual) when I was there.
By the way, to record station announcements at York, I highly recommend recording those speakers on the underground way
I thought once about recording some as I frequent the York station and if I did I would have done that this way too
Half Automatic and half Manual, I love visiting York Station 🙂
There was no manual announcements in this video?

1:21 “this train has 9 Coache”
Excellent announcements as always. 😎👍 Could you maybe do Warrington Bank Quay please?
I’ll try and get some next time I’m there
Nice announcements at York!
Thanks 🙂
Nice announcements at York
Thank you
When’s Anne being added to the rest of the line? Grantham was meant to get it last July. All I saw was new PA speakers but were still manual :/

Does Leeds and York have the same announcer? If they do then the only difference is in York she says coaches and in Leeds she says carriages.
They do have the same voice but some of the phrases are different as York is managed by LNER and Leeds is managed by Network Rail.
Can I do Newcastle?
2:20 sounded like Ivona Amy.
That's because it is!
This train has 9 coache.?
Intentional as she doesn’t say the S!
Hello Amy on the reservations.
Was that LNER ticket app announcement seriously done with Text To Speech? Sounds like it.
Yep!
*This train has 9 coache.*
Nice recordings, interesting to hear zone 19-12 when trains stop at those zones. Odd how Anne doesn't announce the S in coaches for 4 or 9 car.
Thanks Jamie! Anne kinda sounds shocked when she says the high end zone numbers!
@@Parallel395 She does I think the numbers for the zones are somewhat scrambled from numbers used on platforms, times and carriage formations.
