    This is the only Channel I come to for Nespresso products, great work as always 👍 anyway, I’m glad you cleared that up as I’m on the ambassador level with my contract and was thinking of buying the machines on our discount then selling them on but you can only buy 1 a year as you mentioned. Might seem a bit dodgy buying cheaper and selling but at the end of the day, we spend a lot more on top of our monthly nespresso contract to get iurselves up to ambassador or expert levels, both my accounts are £42 a month but I spend probably nearly £100 if not more, so nespresso are certainly making their money out of some of their customers.

      Cheers Dean, appreciate the kind words. Yeah I don't see an issue with that. You're entitled to the discount at the end of the day and you certainly spend a lot, so it's up to you how you choose to use it really isn't it 👍

    Hi, thanks for the reviews, so helpful and shows things the official website doesn't.
    I bought this machine on the £1 subscription and love it. There is a dedicated hot water spout, so if there's a capsule in, and you press for hot water, ylu dint end up with watery stale coffee.
    Doe their claim of 2 coffees in 60 seconds, I think they split the milk between 2 cups, and when one espresso has been made, you open the capsule arm, put another capsule in, put the secing cup under, and press the '+' on the screen.
    Thanks again for all the reviews, very honest, friendly and helpful.

      Cheers for that, glad you like the videos. Yeah we made a little video to see if you can really do the 2 cappaccinos in 60 seconds on the Pro. Think we managed about 75 seconds but you'll have to let us know if you manage it in 60 👍

    I LOVE THE PRO BRO , A tip that helps me is to keep the milk residue out of the drip tray by having a tall cup of water ready to place back under the steam wand to allow it to clean and this is brilliant because any milk going into the drip tray, can make cleaning harder. Just pour the milky water in this cup down the drain after . I live in a warm country . Also no milk spattering on drip tray .

      Yeah it's a great machine isn't it! Cracking idea that, will give that a go when I get mine back from Nespresso. Had a bit of an issue with speckles of rust on the casing recently, so it's currently in for repair under warranty. Hopefully have it back soon, though.

    I hope they have fixed the problem with the Creatista Plus leaking from the bottom (not just mine, there are many reports about this). I would also have liked this upgrade to allow the capsule tray to empty water into the drip tray. That is a feature I really miss from the Lattissima Pro.

    I was originally looking at the Citiz Chrome, as I bought a recipe maker. But that is out of stock and it sounds like it will be out of stock for a while speaking with Nespresso customer service. So I decided to go for the Creatista Pro, a very very expensive option. But the machine does look great, and if using it several times a day easily will eventually get the value back when comparing the cost of making coffees at home vs going to a coffee shop :)

      @A2BProductions  3 роки тому +1

      I tested the espresso from the Creatista Plus Vs Pro in the past and it was actually hotter than the Creatista Pro, especially on the second pour (I like to pour a shot of water through first to heat the mechanism up). I had no complaints with the temperature of the plus and the milk was really hot on both the Plus and the Pro. Hope this helps.

    As said before in other videos, I do not find many differences between my Citiz and Milk and the Pro because they both use the same capsules/pods; difference is of course the Milk Froth and the fancy touch screen. Maybe the taste is better because the recipe is "programmed" so it's done to perfection every single time. But since the coffee is basically the same, I do not think it's worth the try. Of course, another factor is the price; here the price for the Creatista (not Pro) is €499 - massive amount of money.
    Yet again, wonderful video and always nice to listen to opinions and product ratio... good job.

    • @zappybazinga8124
      @zappybazinga8124 3 роки тому +1

      The question is whether you want to chuck hot overly frothed milk and coffee together and be happy with that every time OR whether you want to make cafe style lattes/cappucinos/flat whites with something approaching (but not as good as) commercial froth results that allow for the latte art and what not. So whether it is worth it depends on how you value the different approaches.

    • @A2BProductions

      Cheers Liam, glad you liked the video. I still think the Citiz and Aeroccinos offer great value but having used the steam wand on the Creatistas now, my wife and I both find the froth they create so much more enjoyable to drink. I did get them on a half price offer though. If I had to replace them at full price I think I’d be 😅 a bit 😂

It's not easy to admit, but I've been offered an Illy machine, price was good, €185: including the X7.1 machine, 120 free coffee capsules (iperespresso) and 2 espresso cups, 2 cappuccino cups. Illy has always been my favourite commercial coffee, however the machine is marketed for Espresso, Espresso Lungo and Cappuccino. Hope you can help me out. I have recently bought the Creatista Pro and just got a replacement because I thought it was defective. I bought it to replace my Creatista Plus. I have both of the machines standing next to each other until i decide which one to get rid of. My big problem which might even be a MAJOR design fault on the Pro version: My favorite drink is the Latte Macchiato. When I make a Latte Macchiato on both machines on standard froth settings, the froth on the top of the Macchiato made on the Creatista Plus becomes thick like drinking a cloud of milk :) just like it should be. When i make the LM on the Creatista Pro it is just warm milk, maybe a little bit of froth on top, but it is not "cloud like".... I get the same poor result from both of the Creatista Pro i have had.... So i can only conclude that the Creatista Plus makes significantly better milkbased coffee than the Creatista Pro does..... Can I get you to test this out? There must be some kind of design difference with the steam wand between these 2 models, it would be a major design blowout if the Plus version which is far less expensive has the best steam wand....

    • @A2BProductions
      @A2BProductions  3 роки тому +1

      Yeah I did find the steam wand on the Creatista Plus made a better quality milk. I've mentioned it on one or two of the Creatista videos but not 100% sure why it is and a few subscribers have mentioned it too. I remember one guy who had gone to the trouble of importing a Creatista Pro before it was released in the US to replace his Plus and he mentioned how the froth from the Pro negatively affected his latte art. He still kept the Pro - as he loved the other features - but yeah, I personally preferred the milk from the Creatista Plus. Hope this helps.

    • @A2BProductions
      @A2BProductions  3 роки тому +1

      Not much really, they both self purge after each use and come with a little cleaning pin to clean the steam wand as often as the manual recommends or if it gets blocked up. You also have to wipe the wand (and base as it does spit water a fair bit) after they purge with a damp cloth, pro more than the plus as the wand sits slightly higher on the pro than it does on the plus.

    • @A2BProductions
      @A2BProductions  3 роки тому +1

      It's a really tough question to answer as the price difference is quite a big one. I've heard that in the US the Pro doesn't have a dual boiler (so that's one benefit gone sadly) but in the UK it does. So it depends on whether you want to be able to steam the milk and brew coffee at the same time, whether you really want the touchscreen and if you want the bigger water tank and extra room to work on the machine. Personally, I'd say the plus makes just as good a coffee / milk and will be suitable for most, but the Pro is a very nice machine to own if you don't mind spending the extra money. Hope this helps.

  • @Zooumberg
    @Zooumberg 3 роки тому +2

    Even better is the fact that you can buy the machine for £1. Yeah it's a £70 monthly subscription. But that £70 goes onto an account where you can spend that £70 coffee or accessories.

    • @A2BProductions
      @A2BProductions  3 роки тому +1

      Yeah if you’re a Nespressolover / enthusiast and don’t mind committing for the 24 months then that could definitely work out to be a good option for sure.

      Is this something that is only available in the UK? Can't seem to find it on the Swedish nespresso website

    • @SneakyCrocodile
      @SneakyCrocodile 2 роки тому

      Honestly this option isn’t worth it. You can get these machines new for half price during offers or even off eBay right now. So you only end up saving £350 if you go the £70 24 month route, and that saving only matters if you wanted £1670 worth of Nespresso goods.
      What’s worse is you don’t get 10% more credit like you do with non machine plan subscriptions so that means you’re not really saving £350 you’re actually only saving £150 as the 10% adds up in savings too and counteracts it.
      So in the end you have to spend £1670 to save £150 that isn’t worth the commitment for me.
