Kyle, your mom looks to be having a good time just spending time with you. I'll bet she's a blast where ever she goes. You are extreemly lucky to have both of your parents. They both seem like great people. No wonder you are who you are. Not many people have parents that go on adventures with them. Get in all the time with them that you can. They're not given to us forever.
Epidote and Feldspar together make Unakite. That's what those green and pink beauties you were picking up in the beginning are. One of my favorites to find too! Ecspecially when they are so bright alien 👽 green!
OOOHHHHH there we go! The black shadows and dark crevasses between rocks have eight legs and move quickly! BlekkyBlekkyBlekky! Once I was in Mackinaw City waiting for the ferry and I thought I would go wait by the water and look at the pretty rocks. Now...no one else was, which should have been my 1st clue. All the "black" rocks and "shadows" between rocks MOVED! I broke the record for flying backward that day.
Wow!!! Gorgeous glowing sodalite! They look like the lava spilling out of that Icelandic volcano 🌋! Your mom is a lovely lady, I think it’s so cool that you can go rock hounding together, special times! Fun video, thanks wildkyle!😃👍
Just as an FYI, Tahquamenon is a state, not national park. Although if you'd followed the lakeshore a little further, west of Grand Marais, you'd have fallen in love with the country's first national lakeshore (part of the national park system), Pictured Rocks. There's a lot of unique geology on the Lake Superior shore of Michigan's upper peninsula. Some of the Jacobsville sandstone was used in the construction of some of the first buildings at Northern Michigan University.
Those yooperlites are almost as pretty as your Mom. I'm so glad you took her on this adventure with you. I've never seen anything like those rocks before. Great video! Thank you!
New Wild Kyle series .... Hooked on Yooperlites. : ) Michigan Rocks ROCKS! Your Mom is a Beauty. Kyle, I can see where you get your Smiling Eyes that light up the screen. Also let's not forget your Famous Locks. And the polish is posh. An Outstanding Sunset! Your first yooper is nearly shaped like a heart. : ) The one with the lines going through it looked like a Sasquatch teepee structure burned down. Then there's that print. Who doesn't Love a glowing Spider? Love the Yooper with the blue in it. Can't wait to see some of them cut. So Awesome! The baby ones would make excellent jewelry. Yes? Those are some real story-tellin' rocks.
Your excitement is awesome! I’m like that when I find Leland blues! I’ve tried looking for yooperlites in muskallonge state park but never found any! Happy hunting! ☺️✋🏻
Great time, great memories and great nails 💅🏻 😁 I hope you plan on selling some of those dragon eggs, I NEEEED TWO! Ugly creepanoid spider can stay there 👍🏻 .... ick. So glad you’re spending time with your mom 🥰❤️ Much love to you both
The ones with the lines are crazy cool! Yeah, 50 degrees is definitely not too cold for mosquitos, if it's 32 or higher here, game on for those horrible blood suckers!
Brilliant! I think your mum is starting to enjoy this, she seems a lot more comfortable and it's so much fun to see her in your wild and crazy Kyle life. I can't imagine even seeing a rock that responds to UV light, let alone finding one. Hope you don't forget to come back to Florida 😀
FINALLY! It took the next freakin' day, but I managed to watch. I'm jealous but maybe someday I can find my own. Glad you were able to find such a good amount!
I visited Grand Rapids several years ago right next to the lake and I it was before I knew about UV flashlights. I wonder if some of the rock I collected while there are UV sensitive ones? I hope so. Do you know when they were discovered? Your mom should be proud. You are an awesome young man and it is a delight to see your videos. Cheers from North Carolina,
I believe they were discovered in 2017. It is possible you may have some, I found some in the southwest corner of the lower peninsula (south haven, mi)
Wow! The sunset was as gorgeous as the Yooperlites! I noticed a few specks of blue on a couple of the Yooperlites when the UV light was on them. Is there a different mineral causing the blue? I watched the video before going to bed. I dislike spiders and hope I don’t dream about them!😂
Yay, so glad you made it to the glow stones area. Love the new UV light. Worked like a charm. You found some really great yooperlites. I ordered one off the internet a year ago just so I could have one since I can't get to Lake Superior. They look like embers from a charcoal grill. Great video. I collect rocks and gems as well. I have tons of them in my collection. Loved it.
Bug spray is like putting on barbecue sauce. Yooperlite, My favorite is the galaxy ones. Some look like lava, the way it glows. Mom's awesome, great walking stick. Always good to hunt yooperlite with the ones you love.
Awesome yooperlights man. And as I put it " welcome to Northern Michigan " well in this case to the "UP" where anything can happen. Great video, thanks for sharing.
I love yooperlites! I think the yellow one is something else but I don't remember. I took my uv light and shined it accidentally on my budgies. Yep, their feathers lit up by their heads. Those lights are cool! The one at 13:22 what a rock.
The mapping on some of the stones remind me of city lights at night from the air. Like flying over Vegas or Phoenix. Or even hot coals ambers glistening.
Pretty sure I recognize that view! Filmed up there and arkansas for crystals over 2 months ago and still havent edited either one I needa get my ass in gear 🙈. Offer still stands lf you pass thru IL anytime for private property mazon creek fossils. Went out yesterday found some concreations and A LOT of mosquitos. Have a good ✌ safe travels.
You're mom is so beautiful! She looks too young to be your mom! You obviously get most of your good looks from her! You guys scored with those yooperlites! That spider looked so cool but scary as hell! Lol! Thanks for sharing! Liked and shared!🙂😊👍
I also find them north of Sault Ste Marie Ontario Canada on Lake Superior. on only 3 or 4 beaches before Thunder Bay. Glaciers forced them through this area. They are really anazing.
On most of these, I notice some bright blue flecks when you have the UV light turned on them; but I haven't heard you mention them. Are they only showing up on the camera?
Will the yooperlites glow if the sun is not set? I'm going to U.P. next month but dont really want to wander around in the dark (I would probably break my neck) lol Great to see you with your mom!
It pretty much needs to be down completely. You can find them at dusk though with a powerful enough light! I used the UV Beast light. You should be able to find it on Amazon! Needs to be 365 Nanometer
Kyle you have a love for the unakite! You found some beautiful specimens! You'll have to visit Canada next year. In Bancroft, Ontario we have a sodalite mine and an aptly named rock farm called the Princess Sodalite Mine where members of the public can search for specimens in a safe (and child friendly) environment! Thanks for another great video! It's so great seeing you enjoying yourself and spending with your beautiful Mom!
I absolutely love how WildMoms smile gets bigger with every video she's in.
Please hug mom for all of us!!
Oh ya, I love that name, WILDMOM !

Cool!! Nice that wild mama went with you!!💜💜
Is no one going to comment about the face in the rock while the UV light is on the spider?! Pretty creepy looking! Great video, as always!
Look like Frankenstein
OMG! Did you not see the Frankenstein face when you were filming that spider?
Like this new hobby
The one you found at 7:36 was amazing! So bright and beautiful! I need to get to Michigan.
I love going along on your adventures and am so happy to see your Mom out with you! Keep on educating and entertaining and sharing the world with us!

The ones with the lines are crazy cool! Yeah, 50 degrees is definitely not too cold for mosquitos, if it's 32 or higher here, game on for those horrible blood suckers!

I love rocks. I would be bringing all of them home.
Headed up there soon good to see the UVBeast in action i bought the same model, thanks for sharing
Yooperlite = Sodalite. This is the actual fluorescening mineral that you seeing as Yellow under the UV. Calcite as you know is green.
I love the one that glowed purple and orange💜💜some beautiful finds Kyle, keep up the good work 😊👍❤️
THANK YOU! - for picking up after other people and helping to keep our pretty beaches clean!😁✌👍👍👍
FINALLY! It took the next freakin' day, but I managed to watch. I'm jealous but maybe someday I can find my own. Glad you were able to find such a good amount!
So happy to see your parents coming along with you on these adventures. Love the videos.
I feel ya with them beautiful rocks when you were just waiting for the sun to go down. Literally EVERY rock is cool!
I hate mosquitos! Nice video though, minus the creepy spiders!
One of your finest. You kindled a curiosity in me to find out more about these rocks. Thanks for sharing your knowledge .

Love your enthusiasm Kyle! It’s contagious! I can hardly wait till my birthday next May 2022 to go hunting for Yooperlites on the Michigan shores!
I don't get tired of seeing them either. My favs are the ones that look like galaxies.
Whoopers for Yoopers! Fun video!
Wow! The sunset was as gorgeous as the Yooperlites! I noticed a few specks of blue on a couple of the Yooperlites when the UV light was on them. Is there a different mineral causing the blue? I watched the video before going to bed. I dislike spiders and hope I don’t dream about them!😂

I have reloaded this video about 10 times but I can't get it to load. Everything is working as normal, except for this one! Guess I'll try my phone...
Didn't even know about these glowing rocks. Real cool stuff!
What's up my duuuude!
@@WILDKYLE yeee yeeeeeee suuuuuuuwee
Awesome yooperlights man. And as I put it " welcome to Northern Michigan " well in this case to the "UP" where anything can happen. Great video, thanks for sharing.
It looks like some kind of granite with mica -like flecks. The mica seems to be what it is that glows. It is so cool!
Syenite rich with fluorescent sodolite
Mom looks too young! :) Great finds, love how these shine.
Wouldn't it be cool to line your driveway or walkway with Yooperlite rocks, and have UV lites shining on them!
I really want to do this. And now that you’re back, we can set up that warehouse visit.
I love yooperlites! I think the yellow one is something else but I don't remember. I took my uv light and shined it accidentally on my budgies. Yep, their feathers lit up by their heads. Those lights are cool! The one at 13:22 what a rock.
When I was young, I called the green rocks: Green frog (my favorite) ❤️🐸
They are so magical and what an amazing place....so beautiful 👍💕💕💕
The mapping on some of the stones remind me of city lights at night from the air. Like flying over Vegas or Phoenix. Or even hot coals ambers glistening.
Ok, I've got to get me one of those UV lights and head to Lake Superior! Those yooperlites are so cool!!! 😊
Pretty sure I recognize that view! Filmed up there and arkansas for crystals over 2 months ago and still havent edited either one I needa get my ass in gear 🙈. Early!!!! I’m a huge fan
I think the skeeters are into that sweet, warm Florida blood. It’s thinner and goes down smooth, lol!❣️ Hi Kyle’s mom, I like your twisted stick. 😁
Gotta add Michigan to my travel bucket list! I 💛🪨! I really dislike mosquitos🦟! Thanks for yet another adventure!
Wow I love to look at these rocks, there so cool, I wish I had one in my collection
Great finds, thanks for taking us along
Enjoyable video as always ☺ 👍
These things are SICK! Awesome rocks and content!

Looks like you guys had a lot of great finds! Michigan has some of the best spots out there.
Another awesome video. I enjoy seeing you enjoying time with your mom. ❤️ Have you learned the different patterns yet?
Love it! Thanks for sharing!!!
So beautiful video my friend!!
You're mom is so beautiful! She looks too young to be your mom! You obviously get most of your good looks from her! You guys scored with those yooperlites! That spider looked so cool but scary as hell! Lol! Thanks for sharing! Liked and shared!🙂😊👍
Awesome and exciting to find these, also great channel, stay safe.👍♥️
Your mom is beautiful!
I also find them north of Sault Ste Marie Ontario Canada on Lake Superior. on only 3 or 4 beaches before Thunder Bay. Glaciers forced them through this area. They are really anazing.
Another great hunt!
Holy moly, I just learnt the name yooperlite is trademarked, I didn't think that could happen over a mineral.
Have you cut any of these? Like the big one with just a line around it? I wonder how they would do.💜
I was thinking that also. Or polishing them in a tumbler to see if some would glow more.
Just Want to make a Cave and decorate with those stones, so relaxing and beautiful .. 🙌
It would be cool to slice them set in resin & make a UV lamp
2:25 that green Im pretty positive is epidote
Looks like you have discovered fission tracks from a long ago solar nova. It appears in certain glass like debris thrown off the suns shell in a nova.
On most of these, I notice some bright blue flecks when you have the UV light turned on them; but I haven't heard you mention them. Are they only showing up on the camera?
The Greater Furred Mosquito of Michigan, lol
Will the yooperlites glow if the sun is not set? I'm going to U.P. next month but dont really want to wander around in the dark (I would probably break my neck) lol Great to see you with your mom!
It pretty much needs to be down completely. You can find them at dusk though with a powerful enough light! I used the UV Beast light. You should be able to find it on Amazon! Needs to be 365 Nanometer
Ooooo‼️😎
Bright juicy yellow is my favorite color‼️😍
💜💙💚💛🧡❤
Am I tripping or did the rock on the left of the spider look like a face?
Looks like Frankenstein
So wonderful! Which nm is your UV Beast?
Some of the rocks look like burning coals when then UV light hits them. The sunset was beautiful. The Yoopers are an interesting group.
There were some other stones that were uv reactive there but weren't yooperlites so i wonder what they were
Kyle you have a love for the unakite! You found some beautiful specimens! You'll have to visit Canada next year.
