That's misleading. The dust cloud came off of the tailings mountain next to kennicott. The cloud was white and the wind was going North.

Kinda strange that it rained all night almost in Tooele. It seems like dust wouldn't be a problem. Maybe they want us all to panic!

Did you watch the clip? The tendency toward conspiracy theories for everything these days is utterly insane. Google arsenic's effects on humans (especially those still developing) and listen to environmental scientists with expertise in this field of research. This was a very measured and reasonable take considering how problematic this could actually be for Utah residents.
