Man ive been watching u since 2018 when i had my first hot pocket. You always put out high quality content. Hope next years gives you more views! Please keep doing what you do. Gonna fill out now.
Just wanted to tell you I recently came across your channel while looking for information on what I need to do to keep skating the way I like to. I’m 52 and been skating since I was 14. I love it now more than ever and ride about 3-4 times a week. I started working out just to build strength and stamina but there was still something missing. My knees and ankles needed skate specific exercises. I’m so stoked to find your channel and really appreciate what you are doing here. I’ve recommended you to my friends and I will support you as much as I can. Thanks again 🔥
I'm here for the routines and tips. I'm 39 and I skate for fun. My progress goal is to keep what I have and learn new tricks on flat, ledges and rails, mostly. I don't skate transition anymore, just too risky. I will do the survey, just wanted to say thanks for the tips.
Brooo what’s up I’m 38 and just built a mini ramp in the backyard. I feel like it’s easier on the knees than big drops. Keep on ripping in the free world
Done! Pretty new to the channel but your channel is the perfect intersection between skate and physiology I think. Getting old doodes skating longer only happens with Physio help (I’m finding) so normalising strength and mobility stuff is what you’re good at I think and we need. Good luck!
My only issue is balancing workouts and skating. When I workout hard I have a hard time skating, and when I only skate and don’t workout I run into fatigue, injuries and overall suboptimal performance
Just completed the survey. Hope it helps! Edit: In the survey I might have said The Daily Push was missing shorts but I was incorrect. I haven't been checking youtube often to see your shorts, so I apologize for the bad feedback on the question regarding what the channel lacks.
I am just thinking, obviously skateboarding isn't a team sport like basketball and sorts, but in a way it kinda is how I see it. For example on a rainyday alot of skaters will go to an indoor park, so it is very busy and everyone wants to skate. When this happens in most skatepark other skateboaders give turns but not always and It will look like a battlefield. I wonder what you think about this topic in regard to the mental approach. I don't know if it is off the topic of your content, but it is worth a try which I struggle with these days. Thanks for your awesome vidoes about skating that includes mental side of skateboarding also 🙏
