Also, just a side note the curried dark meat is darker because of the type of curry powder used so ironically enough much like ourselves and our culture our food is very diverse. for instance for meats like Duck, Goat, Beef, etc. you'll see us use a curry powder specifically for duck/goat and that just meshes so well with darker meat but it also has a darker color.

Hi guys the Trinifood culture is so rich, you guys are only enjoying the East Indian cuisine. we have African Cuisine which is extremely tasty as well with dishes like Palau a rice dish traditionally prepared with pigeon peas, chicken or beef, with Vegas cooked together in coconut milk. we have shark and bake. Bake and salt fish. Macaroni pie, Callaloo, ochro rice, Bhagie Rice and many more.
