trinis need to try runny eggs more often, like the magic of a splash off good water in Good whiskey, makes it sweet, leaving a properly fed chicken's egg (organic to say the least of a yard fowl), runny, it makes it sweet and savory. People round the world would not be eating runny egg or sunny side up eggs everyday if it was not tasty. And of course a lil black pepper loves to pair with eggs.
Mr eatahfood yuh naking me hungry veni mange chaud cafe and pappadums take the cake. Like how you speak when describing the taste of the food. 🤣🤣🤣🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹
Many Trinis think that over-cooking their eggs are better but when you undercook your eggs, they are more nutritious. In fact, the egg yolks are most nutritious and more delicious when undercooked. ua-cam.com/video/q5XH3BCqA7Q/v-deo.html

From “cheat codes” to “tomato choka adjacent” to “lentilsing”…. QD Ross is a most cheeky and engaging host. Clearly he has a love for food and flavours and has a way with describing his culinary bites that leave you satisfied. Even though you’re not even on the receiving end of the fork! :-) I kept looking at this video, not only because I wanted to see where eatahfood would go next but moreso I wanted to delight in what our host found most exciting to share. Happy to see Papadums in this line up and keen to see and hear more from this delight-full host. Well done eatahfood!!! P.S. Zazou, if that rum and coke ice cream happens to get back on the menu, do let us know!!!
Thank you so much Tamara for such a well detailed response/review! Will definitely let you know if Chef Pierre brings back the rum and coke ice cream to the menu!
Well well well....look thing...country gyal have to venture to up town POS....I WANT TO TRY EVERYTHING!!! 😊 I love this direction that eatahfood has taken....we are such a diverse country and all sorts of culinary magic takes place.... I'm so proud of this production....well done❤😊
So great that diverse foods were highlighted in this episode. We have such a variety of food here and only a few is showcased. This was a refreshing change.
I love seeing different cuisines- The cinematography in this episode is 👌🏾- Behind the scene kitchen views add to the experience, then the music coupled with the cooking was so good- I could watch the Indian restaurant Chef flip that rice all day lol
Taryn's- You technically had the arepa pabellon (with an egg). The Empanada Pabellon or the Reina Pepida is amazing. There's the mini patacones, and the tequenos (if you're a cheese lover). The juices are great. But they make a wicked coffee. I also like the D&C churros.
ah bawl when Q say, "WASA 2023". didn't know 'bout Zazou [and i always in one woodbrook because imax] so that saying things. Veni Mange always has my heart. on a side, that siren jolt me and mom good and proper, iChuckle.
Hi my eatafood family. 😊I must say I really enjoyed watching this episode and how it showcases our little beautiful island of Trinidad and Tobago in its culinary landscape. It's diverse blend of culture and flavours. Taking in to consideration with all that's happening here in Trinidad. It gives a sense of reassurance that our country is still a great place to visit with much to offer. Keep up the great work and great content. Wishing you all gods richest blessings ❤❤❤ Ps I will definitely be visiting some of these establishments 😂
Your tasters need to learn Spanish and the culinary culture of South America. It's carne mechada. Unbelievable he appears never to have tasted South American food before ?

To each his own. Some ppl don't like runny eggs. Some ppl have certain textures that they prefer with food.
I prefer my eggs very well done. Will source nutrition in other foods😅
Venezuelan food with Trinidad influences and ingredients. Trinidad is truly a melting pot and has the best cuisine in the Caribbean.
