At work my partner just spent $4000 on a head replacement on a 2006 Chevy hhr with 70,000 miles on it. Bad valve on 2.4l engine. So timing chain and a ton more parts get changed to remove head. And on the same day a coworker told us she just rolled 300,000 miles on her 2004 Lexus rx330. Never had failure. That's why my friend!
I didn't learn anything from watching this review. Only learned that the guy who gave this review doesn't like toyotas or lexus and that he didnt figure out the AC system before his review on this car nor did he try to even give a decent review. Next time, more car facts. Reviews are about what the car can do and what features it offeres vs what features other cars in the same catagory offers. Next time, I'd like to see you go over those points before you throw in your opinions. That would make for a helpful and informative review.

bro toyota/lexus/scion just came out with brz, has had the IS F, LFA and now the F sport variants, especially the GS F Sport. . On top of that there normal vehicles look great now and are a bit fun to drive, including the Avalon, Rav4 and the new Corolla. I admit Toyota was boring before, but now it has leaped further to great beyonds while retaining its core reliability. Even the Rx now comes with a F sport variant.
IF LEXUS INCREASE ITS MODEL VARIATION, I AM CONFIDENT THAT IT WILL DRAW MORE BUYERS, INCLUDING YOUNG BUYERS INTO ITS SHOWROOMS, AND THIS WILL DRAMATICALLY REDUCE THE AVERAGE AGE OF LEXUS BUYERS.
My favorite part of this Lexus is the "Steering Wheel"?
A real car reviewer doesn't give emotion. Your talking too much about yourself and you emotions... how you never liked Lexus and Toyota... we DONT CARE. just talk about how good the car is and shut up and the RX is a all star does everything great with almost no draw backs.

im also a huge toyota fan, and if you told me to review ANY toyota, i WILL say its better than its competition lol.
My wife had a Honda with 100000 miles when she sold it. Had one thing go wrong with it. A seatbelt light plug under the seat. My wonderfull GM STS had two columns of a whole notebook filled with repairs at 96000 when I sold it. Ever hear of the saying proof is in the pudding. Japanese cars have a great reputation because they earned it. I am done with GM and American reliability. My pocketbook cant take it.
It depends which Lexus model. There's the IS, ES, GX, LX, LS. Based on your logic, Ferraris, Porsches, Bugattis, etc are for old people, because most of their owners are between their 40's and 50's.
I DISAGREE WITH YOU. THE BMW 6 AND 7 SERIES BOTH HAVE VERY OLD BUYING GROUP. SO DOES THE MERCEDES S-CLASS, CL, CLS, ETC BUYING GROUPS. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS LEXUS DOES NOT HAVE MANY MODELS OF VARIATION FOR BUYERS TO CHOOSE FROM. BUYERS OF ALL SORT ARE STUCK WITH THE LEXUS LS, GS, ES, IS, CT, GX, LX. EACH LEXUS MODEL HAS ONLY ONE VARIATION, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE IS--WHICH COMES WITH A COUPE CONVERTIBLE. THE LACK OF VARIATION LIMITS THE AMOUNT OF BUYERS TO LEXUS DEALERS.
Car reviewer's shouldn't get into debates with people on the internet.
However I agree with both yourself and chonaV on the age. I'm 25 and am in the market for a nicer SUV (Either a Range Rover sport, X5, or the RX350). I have two friends who own Lexus' one is a 250 and the other an is F. We are all University grads who are fairly successful and enjoy luxury an for them the Lexus' are exactly what they wanted in a car. While Lexus was generally for older people I believe that is changing.
I really don't know where they get their facts in saying that Lexus RX drivers are senior citizens. Most of Lexus drivers I know are in their 30's. Usually very young families.

Please explain to us why do we need to kno or care what you feel about Toyota or Lexus? Is this a car review or a personal rant for you? Im not sure watching this video. I dont need to be a car reviewer to see whats wrong with your videos. I have been watching cars reviews for years and yes I kno what a review is supposed to look like and sound like.

Kind of a boring review
"He will never make it as a reviewer like this". That gave me a great laugh. I've been doing this for 6 years, boss. I'm now just getting back into doing the video thing. Look, if you don't like the video and want to have your own opinion, that in no way bothers me. Keep talking trash all you'd like, because it doesn't bother me. It obviously bothers you that I get paid to do this. Have fun watching reviews; I'll continue to have a ton of fun making them.

Lexus have always had one of the oldest buying groups in the auto industry. Just because you know 5 people with a Lexus product that's in their 30s doesn't mean that's the same for 100K or so other buyers of a Lexus.
Wordy review, blah blah blah...and you don't need more stuff onscreen to read while driving. Sheesh. Boring review: generic and negative, if positive, your surprised.
