There is too much artificial snow / dropouts in the video. The aging effort should be lessened. Most 1960's films, including The Addam's Family episodes, do not have that level of video deterioration, and certainly not from start to finish.
The aging effect, if used, should compliment the amazing art work -- not compete with it.
