It funny as I had my eye on Kizer Agressor, but now Nice guy showed up :D Also It remind me Kizer Gemini, that I really love, even if its one of most slippery knife I own. Oh, about that pivot not moving. I had that one time when I put too much locktite and it dripped between screw and scale. I messed up that screw trying to remove it... so I bet they did that on your knife, as even small drop can literally fuse scale and screw together :/
