Damn. When I first saw the last edit you made of them that showed them kissing, I was so excited while having no idea what the context was. Little did I know how much of a punch in the heart it was gonna be once I found out what fully happened... Great edit btw, 10 tears out of 10! :')

I got spoiled with the ending on tumblr, but I had no idea what the context was either! The new season felt like a really really good fanfic that left me wanting more.

I’m certain we’ll get a happy ending for them. It’s clear that Aziraphale loves Crowley, he just has a toxic connection with heaven itself. He wants to fulfill his duty of being a good angel and following God, without even realizing how Crowley might feel about that. He got screwed over by heaven, no way would he ever become an angel again. Aziraphale better do the “I was wrong” dance for season 3, whenever that comes out
