Its crazy to think that he has been playing live shows as a guitarist since 1989 with L.A.P.D. That's pretty much the only job he's ever had because Munky was a determined person, he knew he was meant to be a lifer in the music business.
Their body language is outstanding watching them in the last 20 seconds of this song and I'm actually talking Ra as well here. They are on it during the last scat. Jonathan of course but I see Ra doing the slide on his bass all in sync and groove with the overall situation is just marvelous. God bless him but all I can think of is Fieldy now This really is a special video being so up close and in 4K. Flat out this song is something special too and I'm trying to actively figure out where it lands in the overall best Korn song catalog. Top 10?
Holy Crap this picks up Munky beyond perfectly LOL that is too sweet to hear that so clearly!!!! Listen to his wah pedal coming in from the middle bridge! A little fade huh!
Either they're tired or old age is setting in. Didn't see the same energy as it was when they were touring Follow The Leader. Either way this song is great, video was nicely shot and definitely one of the best live videos I've seen from the crowed. I'd still go see this band live again, it's been 20 some years lol.
yes you definitely are correct about the energy but this is one of the best aged bands. Look at guns n roses, look at montley crue. they are dead. but korn isnt and we should be thankful.
Ra Diaz is ku but we need fieldy back. Even Tye Trujillo slapped the bass better that Ra . This Gus does more strumming which kinda mutes the strong bass sound you can barely hear him play it. Even when Munky and Brian pause for a bit. You could barely hear Ra Diaz bass . On top of that it’s a scheture bass not good for the slap sounds . But that’s his style I guess .
I love that the sound is positioned to where you can hear munkys guitar tone and it's sick 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Jonathan still suffering the effects of long covid still has to learn how to do that scat and bridge every night! He does it some nights.
Woooo,,,I love it,,,this is great,,ty for sharing,,this song is awesome,,,love the show,,,

Goddamn it man Korn is so fucking Legendary and play sharp as fuck
that break down is some catchy
:)
He does the wah thing twice in the breakdown on the album actually. He only does it once here. As the video clearly shows.
It's live. In studio you can overdub.

Keep smoking from behind that monitor weird kid. Lol
It is like Follow The Leader era was 24 years ago. They still sound and look badass even though less energy.
You know the toll of 30 + years of doing this does..Shit David Lee Roth couldnt do what he used to n he didnt do half the shit Jonathan does lol
