Trains at Weston-super-Mare, GWML - 7/5/18

Welcome to Episode 38 of Rover! Today I am at Weston-super-Mare on the GWML, the station is on the Weston Loop of the GWML which runs a short way away from the main line. Services are seen by Great Western Railway and CrossCountry.
The station would usually see very limited enjoyment from it but this session here was amazing! It had diverts that were both expected and unexpected as well as Turbos and Sprinters plus a Voyager which was booked to call. The station doesn't have magnificent views but is on a curve which makes it look nice when trains (especially HSTs) turn up. I highly recommend this station.

It's a fab station given the right day. It isn't great on a bog standard day though.

Weston-super-mare reminds me of paington and it's not because of the station but the beach and the area

Great vid 👍. When your down south I recommend give barnham or Wimbledon a try. Wimbledon has a mixture of fast passes with a chance of tones (swr) stopping (swr) terminating (tube/Thameslink) and it’s quite a nice station barnham has semaphore signals, 313s and 377s. You might even see the br blue 313 anyway amazing vid can’t wait for the next 👍👍👍👌👌👌
