Advantage of staying here: Kaal Bhairav mandir is hardly 100 meters away.
Disadvantage: Lot of crowd and noise in this vicinity. There is a spice whole sale market near by.

Saree - I went to bunkar (Weaver’s) House to know exactly, how the Banarasi sarees are made? what is the difference between handloom & Powerloom? What is the difference between Polyester fabric and Silk?
After visiting the Saree Worker’s house, i have got some insight of above Questions that had in my mind.
Banarasi saree is world famous. Thousands of Bunkar work in Banaras and practically weave the saree with their own hands.
Handloom saree is expensive but has a great appeal in comparison to saree that is made in power loom or machine made.

Banaras ki episodes dekh kar is Baath ki Khushi huwi ki yenha ke sab businessmen patte ke plate aur mitti ki kullad Ko use karte hi traditional bi lagta hi aur pollution bi nahi hota so nice. Bus wohi log ziada ye kaam karte hain jin k forfathers india se belong karte the. Taste india se hi start hota hai and india per hi khatam hai. Mere forfathers bhi panipat se belong karte the. I relived those extremely cherished visits to the great city, each trip between 3 to 5 days, watching your nice documentary. An unforgettable experience which takes me back to the majestic subcontinent over and over. Already planning for the next trip and a taste of some nice delicious culinary delights.

The varnasi episode shows why your shows are simply the best. More than anything else, the below two incidents stood out for me:
1. It's only natural that once a person visits Mukti Bhavan, there will be so many philosophical thoughts that gush into ones mind, you really can't do much after that. It was very evident on your face as well and you called off that shooting further that day..
2. You made a statement about Varnasi saying that one cannot see, but only feel experience and 'feel' Varnasi probably expresses the sentiment that not only pulls people from India but from all parts of the globe.
Hats off to you to make your show a display of culture and tradition and seamlessly blending with that than just visiting food joints
