Hi from the UK. Awesome videos of the Nano - and thank you for 'capturing' your Nitro & Jubilee and a MASSIVE \m/ for uploading them to the Neural cloud - you are a LEGEND Sir!! Really looking forward to trying those out. Thanks again - keep doing your videos - always really insightful and helpful. :) \m/
Thank you!! Finally, some actual captures on the Nano bsides overdrive pedals. Considering this, but how hard is it to change presets live (and hopefully seamlessly) between clean & dirty, via MIDI, etc? Would love to capture my JMP100 and Mini Rectifier : ) Also, can you enable/disable the modulation and effects via MIDI?
The preset switching is seamless and gapless. You can toggle between switch 1 A/B and switch 2 A/B. You need a 4 button midi controller to go seamlessly from any scene to another. Like if you are on scene 1A and switch over to switch 2, you can’t switch back to scene 1B without midi. It would switch back to the last one you were using with switch 1 if that makes sense. You can’t toggle delay or chorus with midi yet. I assume it’s eventually coming but I prefer the delays/chorus in my HX stomp plus that gives me good reverb, solo boost and EQ if needed.
@@FastRedPonyCarThanks! Yes, makes sense about switching between the 2 footswitches, but can you assign any preset to those footswitches, maybe dirty/dirty & captured amp & overdrive on 1 and clean/clean with reverb etc on 2? You got the right idea, blending mics fro the amp captures :)
I use my Adam A7’s at home. I use a first gen EV ZLX12 FRFR on stage. I reviewed the new 2nd gen ZLX and I think it’s better in every way. The fender FR12 is also really good.
How does the accuracy of the feel of the tone x seem to you? I think the feel of the cortex is really good but maybe not quite as “right” as the Kemper but I’ll take a more accurate capture over a slightly better feel any day.
@@FastRedPonyCar ToneX feels like the real amp but I always have to hand match the input to have the perfect gain feel. Kemper has always too much compression but that what feel so good, despite not sounding that good in mixes compared to QC and ToneX. Best of all is of course NAM
The guys on the neural FB page said there’s a bug with the software but I think you can get to them with this link neuraldsp.com/cloud/p/1d99e9e7-3a23-4418-bbcc-3475fa04d25c

Ok, I'm impressed. Thanks for walking us through how easy it is to load up all your gear onto that little thing 🤘🏽

@@sbrave Yeah you can assign any patch to any of the 4 button settings.
great sound!!

Cool guitar.
Should be cool to have comparison with ToneX avanced mode captures. Have both and find ToneX to sound more realistic.

Don’t see them on the cloud.
Should be visible now. I didn’t realize they uploaded hidden from the public.
