He was the first Mandalorian we ever saw in the franchise. Who knew such a small yet cool detail in episode 5 could completely change the franchise forever , even in the lore.
Rather than a Mandalorian, the first to give clues to their existance. To Fett, the armor was just all that he left of his father and didn't seem to care much for the Mandalorians, propably because they were likely the ones who betrayed his father.
@William Strother Honestly I don’t like the mandalorians very much. I like Din but the others seem rather arrogant. The biggest reason for why I do like mandalorians is because they look cool and they can be independent
Actually, it has been established that Boba Fett is in fact NOT a Mandalorian but a clone. I suspect the franchise will be emphasizing this further in order to have a strong differentiation between Boba and Mando.
@@lajosmiklos8863 You mean he does not claim the title of mando'ade. Anyone can be mandalorian, regardless of whether or not they're born on Mandalore or Concord Dawn.
When Disney first announced a Mandalorian show a couple of years ago, everyone was hoping it would be about the return of Boba Fett. Our time has finally come!
I remember seeing him in the clone wars. Young, brash, reckless, proud and somewhat naive to the galaxy. Here, he's a grizzled old man with years of experience behind that gaze. He became an icon in the movies. But in this series, he shall be legend.
“I’m going to use you to send a message. To anyone who wants to come after me to get Jabba’s Bounty. This is the message.” “Don’t” -Boba Fett to Bossk during War of the Bounty Hunters.
This looks great. My only gripe is I wish they would keep his helmet on. Adds so much more than the on-off. I also hope they explore his more villainous side. We had the anti-hero with Mando. It would he cool to have story telling from a villains perspective.
Although it would be cool to some, it would make no sense to his character. Boba Fett is not a Mandalorian, he inherited his armour from Jango who was a foundling. He's a rare character who happens to have Mandalorian armour, but he does not follow the religion or "code" that Mando and the others do.

@@Maniaman213 Darth Maul trained a girt. Darth Talon, who was in the comic books, as his apprentice. She was the new Darth Vader, and most of the action was with her. So these were the two main villains of the trilogy. Maul eventually becomes the godfather of crime in the universe because, as the Empire falls, he takes over. The movies are about how Leia-Imean, who else is going to be the leader? - is trying to build the Republic. They still have the apparatus of the Republic but they have to get it under control from the gangsters. That was the main story. It starts out a few vears after Return of the Jedi and we establish pretty quickly that there's this underworld, there are these offshoot stormtroopers who started their own planets, and that Luke is trying to restart the Jedi. He puts the word out, so out of 100,000 Jedi, maybe 50 or 100 are left. The Jedi have to grow again from scratch, so Luke has to find two- and three-year-olds, and train them. It'll be 20 years before you have a new generation of Jedi. By the end of the trilogy Luke would have rebuilt much of the Jedi, and we would have the renewal of the New Republic, with Leja. Senator Organa, becoming the Supreme Chancellor in charge of everything. So she ended up being the Chosen One.
@Latest Obsession that is what Lucas said his plans were. He had ideas but nothing final. He didn’t want to spend ten years working on three movies so he gave his ideas to Disney. And some aspects were from Dune, and the classic hero’s journey, but he made it into his own thing
Teasers usually don’t show the plot as the main purpose is to give a taste of what is expected. I imagine the full trailer will give us what plot we will get

What a time indeed. Both good and bad! On one hand we have folks like Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni who are making the real Star Wars, and then on the other hand you have Kathleen Kennedy and her minions ruining everything they touch. The only reason they haven’t ruined The Mandalorian and Clone Wars is because Jon and Dave have been unflinching in their vision for good Star Wars content!
I don't know what it is about Tamuera and Ming-Na, but something about them in Star Wars is just so perfect. They age like fine wine and have a presence that just makes you happy to see them, or even just hear them. They both now have an permanent and special place in our nerdy hearts. The Mandalorian, Rogue One, and now The Book of Boba Fett are the kind of grit that Star Wars has always needed. It's long overdue that we see how wild, dangerous, and morally grey the Star Wars Universe can be. I'm so happy and so excited to see more of this in Star Wars.

@William Strother
Honestly I don’t like the mandalorians very much.
@@lajosmiklos8863 Im not super into star wars but isnt there a Jango Fett too?
@@lajosmiklos8863 You mean he does not claim the title of mando'ade. Anyone can be mandalorian, regardless of whether or not they're born on Mandalore or Concord Dawn.
I love the fact that Tem has played every iteration of Jango and his clones. For him to be Boba is just bringing the story back full circle
In like the updated version of the original trilogy he does voice boba but that’s not really the same as being able to put in the actions

In the timeline around this time he is only suppose to be aged 40.

@@Сайтамен It's a mix of beskar and Durasteel so it's weaker than Din's one
@@masteryoghurt2110 well its not weaker, its softer but lighter since beskar is very heavy. So i consider it stronger
This looks great. My only gripe is I wish they would keep his helmet on. Adds so much more than the on-off.
I also hope they explore his more villainous side. We had the anti-hero with Mando. It would he cool to have story telling from a villains perspective.
Lmao oof
What a long way to say; he's ugly keep the helmet on
@@DataRadar Not at all. The stoic Visage of the helm adds so much to the character. Look at Mando.
Although it would be cool to some, it would make no sense to his character. Boba Fett is not a Mandalorian, he inherited his armour from Jango who was a foundling. He's a rare character who happens to have Mandalorian armour, but he does not follow the religion or "code" that Mando and the others do.
Well, you got the 'good guy' Boba Fett (without any character development that sufficiently explained it).
I love how their following Lucas’s ideas for the universe after the fall of the empire. The criminal underground expanding

@@Maniaman213 Darth Maul trained a girt. Darth Talon, who was in the comic
books, as his apprentice. She was the new Darth Vader, and most
of the action was with her. So these were the two main villains
of the trilogy. Maul eventually becomes the godfather of crime
in the universe because, as the Empire falls, he takes over.
The movies are about how Leia-Imean, who else is going
to be the leader? - is trying to build the Republic. They still have
the apparatus of the Republic but they have to get it under
control from the gangsters. That was the main story.
It starts out a few vears after Return of the Jedi and we establish
pretty quickly that there's this underworld, there are these offshoot
stormtroopers who started their own planets, and that Luke is trying
to restart the Jedi. He puts the word out, so out of 100,000 Jedi,
maybe 50 or 100 are left. The Jedi have to grow again from scratch,
so Luke has to find two- and three-year-olds, and train them. It'll
be 20 years before you have a new generation of Jedi.
By the end of the trilogy Luke would have rebuilt much of the
Jedi, and we would have the renewal of the New Republic, with
Leja. Senator Organa, becoming the Supreme Chancellor in
charge of everything. So she ended up being the Chosen One.
@@MikeB12800 I am kinda sad this didn't happen, it would be interesting to see
@Latest Obsession that is what Lucas said his plans were. He had ideas but nothing final. He didn’t want to spend ten years working on three movies so he gave his ideas to Disney. And some aspects were from Dune, and the classic hero’s journey, but he made it into his own thing
