Personally I think your rows looked good. I've heard that phrase about crooked rows in the upper Midwest. We did strive to look good along the roads. Thank you Chris.
Honestly not sure on population. We do not always have the correct seed plate for the planter, so it drops more than it should. I will do an update video soon- let's just say things have not turned out as we hoped....
I do try to keep things level, but sometimes it's hard to tell. This planter was homemade by someone before we bought it, and it seems as though when the planter frame is level, the row units are not. I really would like to find a planter that is heavier and not homemade. Thanks!!
Sure did! I've been so busy, I haven't had time to edit and upload videos. I am running 6-8 weeks behind on publishing them. Not enough hours in a day this time of year.
Nice Chris, dump question...Sweet corn can be sold for eating fresh, just want to know if you will dry pop corn first before selling and is the Red Stalk and Field corn also is for fresh cooking and eating
Yes- if the popcorn is dry enough, you should be able to put the whole ear in the microwave and pop it. We will see if that actually happens 😂 The red stalk corn is a colorful variety used mainly for decorating during the Fall. Thanks Jan!!
Looks good - that’s a nice small farm planting combo…👍
Thank you! I would like to update the planter at some point. I hate seed plates...
Cool😊 hope it all grows way better then you expect
Thanks, but spoiler alert- it didn't 🤦♂️

GPS and auto steer would make planting even more fun. Lol
If I had them, I guess I would have more time to watch UA-cam videos 🤣

Luckily for me, nobody can see these rows 🤣 Thanks Bryce!!
Good to see you getting some "Seat Time". Good luck with the corn varieties. Thanks for the ride alongs. Happy Father's Day.
Thank you Ron! The popcorn variety is new for us this year. Will be interesting to see how it turns out.
Good morning Chris ☕☕☕
Happy Father's Day!!
Good evening Ed! Happy Father's day to you as well!!
Glad you got some nice weather to plant. Do the raccoons bother your sweet corn? Around here we have to use electric fencing to keep them out.
Curious about your population with the different Variety of corn , would like to see a update on each field , since it has been a few weeks ..

🙂👍🏻 Is the angle correct on your planter tilt/pitch? Our 2 row runner planter needs to be level to maintain correct depth 🤔

Did you say May? And people complain when my videos are 4-5 days behind 😂

Are going to use a cultivator? Do you use that planter for pumpkins?
I cultivate where possible. Unfortunately this old planter won't plant pumpkins.
