I remember Riot saying that a winter map wasn’t really possible because of the dragons changing the Rift. Then two guys, in their free time from their full time jobs, made this in a month. Like Riot just got called out for being lazy🤣🤣🤣

They could just make the dragon effects into an overlay and separate it from the map itself so they can make changes to it.

I mean, it does lead to some inconsistencies, and it shouldn't be on ranked, but what stops them from making it for draft and blind? Like, at this point they are just not even trying to hide how greedy they are. They always try to save money on things that the playerbase loves, such as login screens, voice lines (we used to get 30 minutes of them, now some newer champions only make it to 6 minutes) and even maps
