Hard pass on Heidi and Astrid as a romantic pairing I have to say. Astrid is Heidi’s only friend which is now messed up, plus for me this also just proves that Astrid had feelings for Heidi in After School and that contributed to her breakup with Jaz but she wasn’t honest about it, instead blaming Jaz for being clingy when Jaz actually had a right to be wary of Astrid choosing Heidi over her. Also Astrid knows that Heidi and Saffron like each other, a real friend with no ulterior motives would be helping her work things out and not making a move when she’s obviously vulnerable and likes someone else. Makes me wonder if Astrid is part of the reason Heidi and Saffron are no longer on good terms as Heidi respects Astrid’s opinion, so perhaps if she wanted Heidi for herself she was telling her they’re too different to work which is why Heidi told Saff they’re not from the same planet. Just a thought.
I totally agree with you and I sincerely hope that they don't push Saff as Ingrid's romantic partner, at least not until Saff and Heidi are resolved and it won't be nice again a love triangle involving Saff, Heidi and Astrit. , we've already seen this with Estela, Ingridi and Dani and the psychological damage it caused to Ingridi.

I only just this evening found this series and I am already crazy for it. Granted, there are some scenes I have to skip through due to hitting too hard, too similar to past experiences, that is more of a compliment to the excellent writing and the superb acting. I have to go back and start watching from the beginning, but I have to admit (if I understand correctly), introducing Madison Dell'Aquila as Celeste in this way was absolute genius. We get to know so much about this character from her first two scenes, far more than most material would without a few minutes of background or dialogue explaining her past. Fabulous work, everyone!!!

I am so confused, I really thought Heidi made some real progress by the end of the last series with just her and saff. Like she wanted to be friends, but also it showed her having a friend circle and also mending fences with that awful teacher. It was serious progression I couldn't wait to see her continue, but now she's back to square one like none of that even happened. WTF.... :/ seems a waste. Also Ruby is seriously the worst

Heidi’s attitude in this episode makes absolutely zero sense to me. Last time she was with Saffron she said that SHE wanted to be friends with her and now for some reason she’s acting more bitchy to her like Saffron is the one who wanted to be friends and she said no. What the????? Seems like cheap storytelling, to keep creating the exact same conflict that was already resolved in after school over again. I find the flunk seasons are always pretty strange. I prefer the specials, they are more consistent with their storytelling, and then the seasons are like a different world.

All due respect to all other characters - who I'm sure are all great, bravo to all the actors in the series - I'm mainly here for two people, and giving us 'imaginary' Dani & Ingrid as the first scene is kind of cheating - I know we'll get them and all the usual unnecessary relationship drama to boot, but come on, let them be happy by the end.

Like in the Sleepover when Heidi was heading out from Jaz's sleepover and Astrid walked with her while she had her cigarette. And in After School there is quite a lot of scenes which hinted that something between Heidi and Astrid will happen eventually😝Now this is the result of all that😉What a nice thumbnail as well by the way🤗
