    Nothing for immigration will change unless the policy towards immigration is changed by lawmakers and politicians and that will never happen unless they and the people come to this conclusion that immigration benefits your country and it's economy. For example 70 percent of GDP comes from consumption and consumption means more population. more population also means more workforce to produce goods and services. These are simple facts that must be considered by policy makers in every country.

      You already have an inflation that a major part of it is because of the lack of workforce, and there are other troubles related to the lack of workforce which are yet to come....

    More pettetions were filed in 2019, 2020 and during pandemic. Trump administration slowed down the process. But Biden Administration just vowed a lot but in real did nothing for the legal immigration problems. You're right things will not change for positive at all. Its sad for a country that needs immigrants to keep going.

    Question for ya. My mother and I were in our way to her citizenship interview (second attempt )the other day,unfortunately we had a car accident( tire blow up etc) 15mins before the appointment about 5 blocks away from the USCIS local building . I called them asking to reschedule i also explained the situation with details, the ,officer said: my supervisor will review your case and he will get bck to ya via email,also we will send you a letter. Today I received an email from USCIS, says : Your request for reschedule of your re -examination has been considered and denied by a supervisor immigration service officers.
    I was like WTF !, should I send them a letter with proof of the accident such as: Pictures, towing etc? Am I gonna lose tons of money helping my elderly mother to her citizenship? 🤦‍♂️ feel like immigration these days doest have a heart unless u crossed the border illegally or your from Ukraine 🤔

    Hello,
    I am US citizen filing i130 for my father. My father tried to enter in to US with someone else’s passport in 1989. He got caught at the airport immigration in US and they gave him two options 1. Stay in US Jail and 2. Go back to his home country. He chose to go back to his home country so they sent him back to his home country same day.
    I am filing i130 for him, there is a question where you have to answer about immigration proceedings,
    If Beneficiary has been in immigration proceedings -and you answer yes,
    In this case Which option to chose from the following :
    Removal
    Rescission
    Exclusion/Deportation
    Other judicial proceedings

    • @jacjac5082
      @jacjac5082 2 роки тому

      No, 4 years is not possible. Im F2B which are more advanced than F2A and im still waiting after 5 years almost 6. I should be done in 1-2 more years so i really doubt that a F2A would be done in 4 years. I think its around 7-9 years

    I applied for a GC renewal in March, 2021, still waiting - 16 Months. Expired in May, 2021. Waiting on an Info-pass appointment, but USCIS simply wrote back saying they have no local field office appts, nothing else.
    I cannot get any updates from USCIS - Anyone have any ideas of how I can get some sort of update.
