Hi Jim. I already have an attorney representing me and she requested to expedited request for I-485. The uscis has received the expedited request in April 18, 2022? But no response yet. Can I file a lawsuit through you? Or it’s only for the case outside normal processing time.
I filed my I-360 and I-485 concurrently in June 2021

I have been here for over 20 years. My case has been going on for over 17 years now. Delays and delays over the years. The stress that I go through. What should I do? How can I get answers.Thw mental and emotional health problems that I now have takes so much out of me. I am a single dad of 4 kids that I have full custody of.

I have filed motion for relief since 60 days have passed since they have been served and I heard no reply ? What will happen next ?
Hi Jim, you guys did my Mandamus case. It got the ball rolling. As you warned me, they asked for 30 more days. The final deadline is in 2 days. They have not responded yet. What should I do? Pillar has contacted the US attorney already.

I am waiting on the USCIS to process my fiancé‘s Visa and we have been waiting over a year and have heard absolutely nothing. It is become a financial burden for me to fly back-and-forth to Greece from the United States,,, If they take longer than their normal processing time can I sue them. I am so tired of waiting for my fiancé to be here for no good reason just because the US CIS wants to take the Jolly sweet time

I am from Egypt it is true about Egypt , I have a pending I-485 adjustment of status , my wife has green card , we had our interview last year in 2021 in September , my case shows (interview was completed and my case must be reviewed) , I have called to make inquiries nothing was of importance was given , my i30 has been pending since 2019 , and I went to endless lawyers asking what to do, they all scared me of filing lawsuits , one told me they will deport u , u can’t sue the government ur not a citizen u can’t sue them, I managed to file the sue by myself and served the court summons on august 4th , I’m confident and I will keep everyone updated .

My H1b case is stuck in Administrative Processing ( Yellow Paper) since 14 months and case status still reused.
Only "Case Last Update" date changes two times in last three months.

Hi Jim, I-130 for my spouse has approved on march 2022 and I became documentarily qualified on 09/15/2022. My case is at Nairobi Embassy in Kenya. I heard cases which are documentarily qualified on 02/08/2022 are still waiting for interview. So my questions are first do you think it is time to sue the state department or wait few more months? second will the fact that there are cases before me waiting makes my case weak and directly results to "motion to dismiss" ? I like to highlight as well that each month when you see the visa issuance they are giving priority to other visa categories like E3, DV etc. I am us citizen by the way and my priority date is 05/01/2021.

Hi Jim, I applied for the I-130 application for my son back in February 1, 2019 and on July 1, 2021, USCIS transferred the case to the National Benefits Center. After over a year my son's application is not moving anywhere, which means a delay again! So my question is to who do I need to file a mandamus, the USCIS or the National Benefits Center?

You have to take loan to pay them .. the court charge around 400$ and the attorney charge up to 7k .
