    WRONG 13 x 13 + 7x7 = 218 root is 14.76482 divide by 2 is 7.38241

      Yes 14.76
I wrote 14.6 and Forgot to write 7 in between.

The answer is 7.38 . The square root of 13 squared plus 7 squared divided by 2 = 7.38.

Only if it is a right triangle.

where in the question does it stipulate that one side of the triangle passes through the center of the circle?

He stipulated the long line passed through the center.

How do we know this is a right triangle?

The angle formed by any point on a circle and 2 end points of a diameter is always 90 degrees (assuming, of course, that the first point is not also one of the end points of the diameter, because that wouldn't form a triangle).

Me know you David how do you know that the endpoints are on the diameter. Think before you ink. So if the 2 end points were lower down then it is the diameter. Thanks for educating me

@@harrymatabal8448 Because he says, at 0:45, "This line is passing through the center of the circle," and then proceeds to say, "This is the diameter." Take your own advice, internet troll.

I can't even see the diameter let alone the radius. With due respect how do we know the bottom line is the diameter.
    Maybe I am stupid

I'm saying in a video that the line is passing through the center of the circle.
