WHO INSPECTED THE COMPLETED STRUCTURE? WERE THE DIMENTIONS SPECIFIED IN THE BLUE-PRINTS WERE ACTUALLY INSTALLED? FIND THE BUILDING CONTRACTORS !!!

It is a good thing that you brought in a Town planner to comment on the tragic incident. His views are very valid. The political representatives, at this early stage of the incident were of no use. As usual they just blame each other.
At the moment nobody knows the reasons for the collapse. A detailed impartial invesigation is required to understand the reasons. It takes time. There is no point, at this stage, in blaming the Congress Party. Unless and until it is proved that the Congress party was involved in selecting the consultant and the contractor and there is corruption involved during the due process, it is not right to blame congress party. I think it is the Air Port Authority of India which may be ultimately resposponsible for the selection of the Consultant, Contractor and supervision.
When ever such incidents happen ministers and politicians make the statement that " thorough investigation will be carried out and guilty will be punished". Does it happen in the real world?
What happened to the people responsible for the 2022 pedestrian bridge collapse in Morbi, Gujarat, in which 141 people died and more than 180 people injured? The tragedy happened on the day when it was opened for public after the maintenance work, carried out by a Contractor who was not qualified and experienced in carrying out such works. Was there any thorough investigation? Have the guilty been punished? Unlikely. Tax payers money has been used for compensating the victims.
There is large scale corruption in public works departments. Unless we put a stop on corruption, this kind of tragic events will continue to happen, innocent people will die.
