I love and adore this wonderful man Wink Martindale and I have my entire life. He knows, loves and respects music, the artists and the real roots of real music more than anyone I truly believe. He has lived it all of his life and I have known and loved this amazing man all of my 66 years as we are related. His love and zest for life, his beautiful wife Sandy and all that he believes in is an infectious inspiration. I believe in all of his projects and look forward to this new one and many more to come in the future from this young man who is ageless and timeless.

With the advent of Auto Tune and Generation Snowflake, today's top "vocalists" are basically strippers the appear to sing. ie: Mariah Carrey, Beyonce, who can't carry a tune in a bucket without her computer aids, Miley Cyrus, et all.

Musicians in the past crafted and refined their music and style before (mostly) small audiences with immediate feedback of what was appreciated . Usually there was very little beyond a microphone and amp and sometimes not even that . Either you entertain or go home broke . Recording contracts often came along well into an artist's development .

Today's "music" (really muzak) - rap crap, hip-hop slop, and techno trash - is, in a word, ABOMINABLE.
