Hi I have the same diffuser but my remote is different only have a setting for low,med,high and 2hr,4hr,8hr settings the remote is all black! I can’t seem to change anything very disappointing

The bigger the candle, the less essential oils inside. Ever since I learned that, I stopped buying three-4 wick candles. I’d rather spread out a few of the same scented small candles than invest in a huge one
I agree with you I got mine today and it does not diffuser. I contact CS via email they gave me a bunch of directions to troubleshoot nothing work. Definitely returning this
Agree! Received mine and the bubbles oil out the top. I reach to CS via email the only option and they gave me a list of troubleshooting options and it still doing the same thing. Also they must of of changed the product. It have their on it now and the light on the bottom and remote is different. Just has low med or high. No % to choose the amount that diffuses.
They are not trolling I purchased the diffuser and what has been stated is TRUE! The remote is not the same as the person stated the first remote I received had only Low, Med & High. I contacted customer service to complain about the remote not being the same. CS sent me another remote that has the Low, Med & High along with the hours you want to run the diffuser. The two remotes I received do not show the percentage of fragrance on the remotes. I can only smell the fragrance when am close to the diffuser. I am very dissatisfied with the product. I will be returning and purchasing a diffuser from a different company.
me too I bought the mini-in May I was waiting to use it in June for my new business call it FRAUD-Doesnt work I used it once and it is not working. Besides this, they do not include any instructions for it. You have to guess it all

I want each room to have a different vibe. That’s a great question; I think it’s more sensible in a bigger space though.
Wax melts are a nice way to make your home fragrant too
How long does the hotel collection oils last?
It depends on what size you purchase. We got our diffuser in July and purchased the largest size for our scent; we still have it.

I don’t think so because you have to put water in the Vitruvi with essential oil drops.

Make sure the scent is screwed in correctly. Sometimes the mist is faint btw.
Mine doesn’t diffuse, I read the directions please help! It powers on but the unit isn’t making any noises.
Is the oil/container that it’s in securely attached to the diffuser? Make sure it’s attached correctly. Lmk if that helps…

I bought 3 room sprays, and total waste of money. Hardly has any smell. Very disappointed!
