Adore Gobin Daude Biche, SMN Ginestra, CDG green line...and green chypres. Green vetivers and green florals keep me happy. A very beautiful green berry scent is Cartier X. Envol is a spectacular unisex green.
@@ThePerfumeGuy this is a line that should not be forgotten. It was spectacular but all too brief. I am sure you could do more than one video on abandoned scents.
I have arrived!! Ah I’m so excited!! I’ll def pick one up! Thank you so much for taking your time!! I try to get fragrances that are different but still have a green nuance to me! Promise has the smallest amount of green to me, and afternoon swim is basically just citrus, and to me ginger always smells somewhat green!
@@johnsonious2 I usually get samples first, or try it. We have a newer niche perfumery in Orlando. I did get a green fig and basil fragrance called Basilico and Fellini by Vilhelm! I’ve added a couple more to test like Eight and Bob Nuit de Megeve and a couple of these he mentioned!
Love green note. Mousse Illuminee is def the one I go to and I must say Shirley by TSVGA is must try green fragrance, it’s the bomb! Enjoy the video as always!
Amongst the green lately absolutely love Antonia by Puredistance - a masterpiece of green and citrusless no sharp edges here . Galbanum and ivy. Mmmmm. Not a budget frag though. Possibly , Untitled by Margiela , the orange doesn’t even show up in it - quite flirty green .
Try these more vintage classics but still amazing and very inexpensive: Acqua di Selva, Floris ELITE, Ceasars Man - legendary cologne , TSAR (hard to get but a must for green lovers), Pino Sylvetre, and of course Polo Green. for a more modern but very expensive try Memo Russian Leather .
I can vouch for Floris Elite, Caesars Man, and Polo Green - I have all of them. Along with Ceasars Man would go several mentholated near-clones: Drakkar Noir, Houbigant Duc de Vervins, Dakar by Al-Rehab, Lomani Pour Homme. Then there is the discontinued Creed Green Valley, which has a Dua clone called Vert Instinct. Very green. Then of course Green Irish Tweed. Or a Dua Fragrances hybrid of Creeds Green Valley and Green Irish Tweed called Vert Gentilhomme's Instinct. Or the green fig tree and leaf smelling Dior Dune Pour Homme. And the deep earthy green classic Fougeres Houbigant Fougere Royale (2010) and Amouage Bracken man, which smells like damp soily green ferns. Coty's Aspen is green.
My SOTD is Green Spell form Eris Parfumes. I’m spending a lot of time with that and Synthetic Jungle. Both green and fresh. And Vent Vert. I love Mouse Illumine and a recent fine: Ichnusa…something like that…my bottle is at home…’mmmm
I've been on the lookout for a standout green fragrance myself. My suggestions would be: Cyber Garden by Costume National (affordable) Cypress Shade by The House of Oud Irish Leather by Memo (overpriced though)
I love that you mentioned Ensis, I love wearing it beautiful green experience, but the one that really made me fall in love was Naomi goodsir Nuit Bakelite. Powerful green fragrance that sticks with you for weeks. I also love Orto Parisi Viride.
Excellent suggestions!!! I absolutely adore Chypre Mousse, which I knew thanks to Sebastian and Dhalia. I need to try Ensis, Eloge du Vert and Mousse Illuminée. To this list I would add: Grey Flannel (floral, though), Elephant, Corsica Furiosa, Polo Green, Futur and Fico d'Elba.
Dior Dune Pour Homme is an even less citrus, more photorealistically fig tree and leaf frag. It smells like your climbing a fig tree as a kid and breaking branches, releasing the moist, slightly bitter green of the woody interior.
Andrea Maack is such an underrated house. Love their stuff. Not green, but Coal from AM is incredible. Smart is really good, too. I wonder if the person who wrote to you would also like Diptyque Eau de Menthé or Carthusia Essence of the Park?
Or if Diptyque Eau de Minthe is too close to the skin, which it is, any of the mentholated Drakkar Noir near-clones, such as Houbigant Duc de Vervins or its L'Extreme version might work.
I didn't particularly like Rogue Perfumery Mousse Illuminee. It had a camphorous accord that was bothersome plus a resinous texture that I typically don't like. I would recommend Fougere L'Aube and Bon Monsieur from Rogue Perfumery.
I have and love my Andrea Maack, Cornucopia. It has a licorice note as well. I think it’s from angelica. It totally reminds me of Iceland, which I love!
Great choices , I have some of these fragrances But still I would add to this list three green fragrances Baruti Tindrer , Baruti onder de linde and Frederic Malle French lover .
The greenest fragrance I have ever smelled, with an astringent quality, is "Corsica furiosa" from parfum d'empire. Very sharp, very unique (but with a lime note though). It has a tomato leaf note, and this reminds me that Sisley's "eau de campagne" is also a green fragrance, a tiny bit vintage to me but in a very good way, aromatic with a tomato leaf note too. Of course chanel's "Sycomore" is a classic green reference, and to me "bois d'Hadrien" from Goutal plays is the same ballpark (again... there are citruses ... but these fragrances smell mainly green though).
By far my favorite green release this past year and that I've tried so far is shem by nishane. But it has florals, doesn't lean floral, leans amber vetiver
I may have received a bad sample, I cant find any allignment with bloggers reviews raving about how good this fragrance is. All I got was an acrid very boozy note that I can only describe as smelling clothes soaked in stale cider the day after. Really wanted to like Frederic Malle, but wasn't a great start for me
@@mannixj5186 promise is a difficult fragrance and not easy to like, it needs some time to appreciate it. Try to get another sample to see if the one you got was bad 🙂
Doson i had it before and I couldn't enjoy it , i searched for green perfumes in your old videos last year .. i was looking for a green perfume that smell like freshly cut stems of flowers, i found that smell in a perfume and in a body mist ,, FRESH CUT LILACS from bath and body works .. and from an arabic brand called junaidperfumes and the perfume is Lilac ليلك ..
Nice video Sebastian. Do you know where one can buy a sample of Eloge d'Vert in the U.S.? I've searched the Internet but can't find. Don't want to pay international shipping. I love green pepper and am intrigued. The one fragrance I've purchased from watching your videos might be good for Derek: Sisley's Eau de Campagne.
Funny enough I have had several people compliment me on Mousee Illuminee by Rogue Perfumery, however I have gotten several people say it reminds them of Poison by Dior. I have no idea what they are smelling but anyway go figure lol
I know you get 100's of questions a day, but can you give me a good replacement to my all time favorite, Is Reflection Man by Amouage. It smells so good but as a person who lives on a very tight budget I can only afford the 8ml decants. Any help from anyone is very appreciated.
I know they are not alternatives but Reflection Man is powdery and there several options that could work in this video: ua-cam.com/video/Kr7TU1zbe_Q/v-deo.html

Sebastian, I guess, this guy has a tendency for deep classical scents. Why not to try something very classical - Guerlain Coriolan (L'ame d'un Hero), Chamade pour Homme, they are definitely with green facets very obvious. Then, the greenest of green are classical TDC Tokyo Bloom, not very floralsy, but lots of greenery definitely. And by all means The Olfactive Studio Panorama - this is the entire palette of all greens imaginable with potency and density enough to feed in his crave for classical vibe. Diptyque Philosykos? Not citrus, notes include fig leaf & "green". I've sampled the EDT & the EDP, don't recall which one is more green than fruity.

Hermes - Un Jardin Sur Le Toit. Relaxing, pleasant, smooth green grassy.
