I got it like 5 months and wear it 24/7 and sleep with it, i feel very comfortable. Only take it off when shower, or to clean it with soft brush. Just loose strap a bit if its not comfortable for You.
100m but i take it off when shower to get rid of sweat under watch on my hand after whole day, also wash watch witg shower. Every few days use brush with soap for watch
