I wish I could find some souse out here. Unc was ready to feast off that liver cheese, souse, and crackers. I agree, Tops BBQ isn’t tasteful, but it will do if you have a hankering and it’s the closest BBQ restaurant around. Looks like your aunt lives in the South Memphis/ Orange Mound area. I volunteered for an Indie Film Festival in Memphis about 9-10 years ago. One of the winning films was a documentary on the history of Orange Mound and how gentrification was taking place back then. Great video and beautiful family.
