Nicely done. GM here teaches the efficiency of movement which I was also taught from FGM Rhee in a seminar 2 years ago. He insisted that although we learn long (hands should travel a long distance) movements to begin with, when we reach black belt and onwards the movements should start to be smaller in order to be faster, since in the meantime we already learned through years of practice how to produce a good amount of force. FGM Rhee insisted on using shorter movements as we progress in ITF. I am currently a 4th degree Black belt going into 5th.

Who remembers the Lower hand being taught as a Reaction hand (left forearm) extending down and finishing Straight?
I'm sure there's no mention of a Block or any technique for the lower arm.
Was there an explanation given, that the ATM should be bent ?
    (Balance? Symbolic? Symmetry?)
