It is not clear what should be the test voltage while testing IR value between hv to Lv. Is it as per LV voltage or as per hv voltage. Is there any significance for line terminal & power terminal while carrying out the test. What I mean is where to connect line terminal & earth terminal of megger
You are welcome. As the tests are performed on 11/0.4KV Transformer,so LV side rated voltage is 400 Volt. We must use 500 Volt Megger or test voltage while testing IR between LV and Earth/body as well as testing IR between HV and LV. Test Voltage should be
