Stayed at Carpe Diem during Covid, and me and my partner Kayla became good pals with Pete and Aemsira - they are great people - good hearts and great fun. Carpe Diem is a lovely place in heart of Lonely Beach, with lovely rooms (great showers) and a nice pool. The bar is good fun and we usually had a BBQ/party there every week. Hope they have a super busy year now the tourists are coming back.

@@experiencekohchang NP, you have a good style of interview, very empathetic and upbeat. Think you were possibly lost for words for a second when he came out with it's for sale at a reasonable price but handled the whole thing well. It was only after watching this and making my initial comment that I seen the channel is relatively new and person to person interviews aren't a common thing.
I think you could build a following if you create a general theme for the channel. So maybe consider talking with more owners, ex pats etc and I'm sure you're channel will grow. Best of luck with it.
