And when prices go up it's going to create a lot of controversy and a lot of problems it's not going to hurt America. It's going to hurt the entire world
I love how this will force our local companies to stay away from China. Nothing good comes out from that hellhole. Yeah they're cheap, but their quality is also cheap they're garbage. We will survive a small increase in prices, the endgame will be worth it at the end.
Always good to think long term. How bad do you think things will be in the short term though?
@@corporatecatalysts Personally I think its gonna be pretty bad short and medium term, adjusting supply chains is extremely expensive and is not quick so I foresee, at least personally, major pricing issues for at least the next 2 years depending on how rapidly corporate structures are able to adjust. Not accounting for the inevitable march of automation and the disruptions such will cost job market wise long term this should create the desired effect of returning more manufacturing back to America and weakening trade relations, and breaking down mutual economic reliance with China.
You're wrong. China dominates in high quality products in addition to low quality. More noteable is that China is way ahead of the US in tech now.
@@UnidudeNine china dominates in high quality, sure but it isn't good for the country to rely on china. china is generally more ahead on living standards, not tech.
@@UnidudeNine I am genuinely curious what product China makes you would consider high quality.
