Unmasking Herbalife: The Controversy, Pyramid Schemes, and Legal Battles
I loved playing LEGO sets from a young age as a five-year-old child. Never expected LEGO Group to incur a whopping approximate US$800 million in debt by the time I graduated high school, and entered University in AY 2003/2004. I still keep the bulk of my play sets, although the cardboard boxes that serve as product packaging for the toys have all deteriorated quite badly, losing its colours and peeling/tearing off at the sides.

So what? When cars were new literally thousands of startup car companies failed. Literally thousands. I'm calling this clickbait BS
Great video! I believe that armour can make a comeback, but they need to the following key points 1.- change their brand image of an athlethic sportswear brand into a liftstyle brand. 2.- they need to start seeing what market wants instead of making products market will want. They need to adapt into the evolving market 3.- Make better advertsing and promotions by showing the customers that their products can be for streetwear, fashionable and not only for athlethic purposes. 4.- A partnership with an influencer can severly help them to raise brand awareness and not be the shadow of Nike or Adidas. What do you think?
I agree, I think fundamentally they are trying to appeal to too many segments while also not paying attention to their customer data. They really should trim down their product offerings and offer more of what sells, and less of what doesn’t.
anti EV propoganda
Is this American propaganda? Wall street will have to run to the wailing wall! China has you by the short and curlies. Bloody B/S, get off the sand castle now. China does not have to tolerate the money trough by the greedy ones, in the way of their fast ingenious progress. Jealousy and frustration will not save you, 55% of the world is free, so far of the almighty dollar. Europe will join I bet! Treat the American battler at home like a human would help. Second cut the oligarchs down to size, that would be a good start. Then to a Right Wing Socialist way of life enjoyed by other nations, that look after their people, not the pigs trough. Like it or lump it this is the truth. I feel very sorry for the American with brains, you have Trump. How to reeducate the capitalist media brainwashed souls? No I do not want Communism, but with everyone living comfortably this ideology will dissipate. Money makes friends. This is wisdom from a 98.5 year old with my brain intacked. I saw you in action in 1950's grab and grab.

First off: I can see comments from your other account, you should do a better job hiding it. Second: I don’t care if you believe me or not. Third: if you are convinced that this video is all AI then make one yourself; surely it must be sooo easy to duplicate 😂
hey thanks for tuning in! Please comment your thoughts on LEGO and the overall toy industry. Is LEGO still the defacto leader? Is there any other company that will dethrone them? Or is LEGO now leading a dying industry. Leave your thoughts below

Saying you shouldn't be able to train an ai on public information and profit off of it is like saying you shouldn't be able to use information you read online or in a book to make money.
That’s a great take. What’s your thoughts on artists that are against ai using their art to train without their permission? There’s been quite the debate on this very topic, curious to get your thoughts on it.
I think there's a difference between using something you learned yourself and feeding a humongous amount of data into algorithms, that people barely understand. I understand it's a legally grey area, but as far as I'm concerned people should ask for a permission when feeding copyrighted material into an llm model training before doing it. Companies are allowed to do rather shady tactics that can potentially be stealing intellectual property under the excuse of the analogy that there is a program that is just "learning", when the way that humans learn and computers do is vastly different. Replace "we're training AI to learn from publicly available data" with "We are doing regression on your data so that some program whose inner details we may or may not share, can produce something that resembles what you already did and because we took it from so many distinct sources, you won't even be able to prove that we stole anything from you." and then it may not sound as nice. From what I heard It's particularly bad with art where this generative AI plagiarizes a lot.
He's really mulling that one over lol@@corporatecatalysts
@@corporatecatalysts same thing, basically. Every artist learns under tutelage and references from other artists or from photographs or films and you can often see those influences in their art. I don't think you're ever going to stop ai art but the difference is going to be in how it is used because there are definitely ways to use it effectively and ways that are just lame, and trained human art is almost always going to be better than machine art because art is made for people. I think people will pay more for well made art created by a person than they will for ai art no matter how many hours the ai artist spent torturing the prompts to make it do what he wants.
@@Makingnewnamesisdumb There are those that would argue that as AI advances it will be hard to tell between what is human created vs what is AI created, and an argument within the artist community is that the value in art is also in the technique, as each artists’ individual style represents their identity, almost like their own signature, and that it is unethical to have taken years of effort to develop a style that is now “stolen” from them by AI. Do you agree?
Hey thanks for tuning in! What are your thoughts on openAI, their practices, and the AI industry in general, including the ethics around how AI models are trained? Leave your thoughts below! 👇
They are unethical and deserve bankruptcy.

People are really dramatic. It was just a tasteless ad.
Companies have used our emotions to trick us into buying their products for years. It's only fair that triggering the wrong emotion bites them back even if it's an irrational reaction.

And when prices go up it's going to create a lot of controversy and a lot of problems it's not going to hurt America. It's going to hurt the entire world
I love how this will force our local companies to stay away from China. Nothing good comes out from that hellhole. Yeah they're cheap, but their quality is also cheap they're garbage. We will survive a small increase in prices, the endgame will be worth it at the end.
Always good to think long term. How bad do you think things will be in the short term though?
@@corporatecatalysts Personally I think its gonna be pretty bad short and medium term, adjusting supply chains is extremely expensive and is not quick so I foresee, at least personally, major pricing issues for at least the next 2 years depending on how rapidly corporate structures are able to adjust. Not accounting for the inevitable march of automation and the disruptions such will cost job market wise long term this should create the desired effect of returning more manufacturing back to America and weakening trade relations, and breaking down mutual economic reliance with China.
You're wrong. China dominates in high quality products in addition to low quality. More noteable is that China is way ahead of the US in tech now.
@@UnidudeNine china dominates in high quality, sure but it isn't good for the country to rely on china. china is generally more ahead on living standards, not tech.
@@UnidudeNine I am genuinely curious what product China makes you would consider high quality.
Not sure, current Trumps autocrative approach and enforcement of EU to follow his orders and attack other countries that are doing well signalises that USA is no longer a trustworthz partner, but someone who you either obey or are blocked out... This will hit America very hard soon, later maybe it will be a win, or a total disaster of USA, because of how stupid ideas are coming out of it. Trump is causing me to being doubting mz support of him.
Yep, this trump win is definitely making things tense both domestically and internationally.
It will enpoverish the average american, and probably break down the economy. Give the power to a clown...
Well said!

Once China achieves technological parity, the only chips that the US will be selling will be fish and chips.
😂😂😂 nice one!
How dumb can Anglos get? Jensen Huang is ethnic Chinese! I doubt he'll let himself stick it to China.
Gina Raimondo "disallows" Nvidia & AMD from selling chips to China, but Intel & Micron are fine to sell chips to China. Obvious racism.
