But In terms of Other allowances LIC is far behind bankers because like bankers LIC employees don't get petrol allowance, spectacle, suitcase and many other allowances
i think u should read the document in details plus kindly see points covered in video, lic does give benifits like suitcase mobile laptop , furniture maid newspaper , the insurance and medical cover is way more than bankers , only point is that promotion is slow

ABM is equivalent to AAO cadre wise. AAO after 1 year can become ABM since 1 year is probation period. AAO after promotion to AO becomes BM.

yes this is implemented from 2022, many officers got 8-9 lakh as arrears .some even got even more
