I always respect your channel. But, why your channel is not taking interview of those respected people who are having more than 5yrs experience in any field. They will tell the real truth.i am also working in banking sector but I have just completed my two years. I have two things in my mind whether to switch to other sector or stay. There is so much of hype. No one is talking about long term vision. What career or position we have after completing more than 5-10 yrs in any sector. Sir, I request you to bring interview of more experienced person having experience more than 5yrs in sbi , lic, public sector banks. Just a suggestion sir. More clarity.@banker couple please reply
Because in many organisations, it is not allowed to give interviews after joining.
And it's very difficult to convince a person to share details about their organisation.

@@shikhargupta6788 you don't know about Sharma. Jain are new in the market. Sharmas, Agarwals have ruled. Sharma's in all the fields and Agarawals particularly in IITs CBSEs CATs and other exams. Even Sharma ji ka beta is Captain of the Indian cricket team.

To be honest my interview is not so good but I took advantage of mains marks my marks are mains =258 out of 300 and interview=32 out of 60
