Number 14 for Georgia had 80 weet-bix that morning 🤯
Lol 😂😂😂😂😂😂
He did really well
Akaki Tabutsadze - he currently plays in Georgia for Lelo Saracens but I can imagine some French or English club might be looking at signing him after that showing.
🤣🤣🤣
That's determination to make an impact on that scoreboard a real one man team
That was beautiful! Well done, Georgia. Love from Georgia, USA. 🔥
Great to see teams like Georgia getting proper exposure to regular top flight internationals now. They and other developing nations need this to both improve and grow rugby internationally
Very true! Rugby generally needs to be fair, so that sport can develope! That close boys club menthality dosnt work, it actually harms the sport! Open the doors WR!
Consider according to WR, Georgians have only a bit more than 6000 registered players.
@@gkankava Maybe it had more to do with finding teams we could beat lol
"Top flight" - maybe 20 years ago. We are ranked like 10th now.
Now we need Netherlands and Germany to become competitive like they are in soccer(football). There is plenty of Afrikaners in South Africa should help their ancestors in rugby (“Ja”). 🤣🇳🇱🏉🇩🇪
Hats off to Georgia, what a game
Man of the match number 14 all day and Aussie thought they would be a walk over I'm guessing.
Fantastic rugby Georgia 👋
He had a few flashes of brilliance but nowhere close to being man of the match.
Would have been if not for the red card.
What are you talking about? Georgia beats Wales , Japan, Italy and almost beat England... I think Australia will get better...
@@PF-vu2gdAnd Fiji kept Georgia try less in Georgia and won hhe game
Nah Matkava at #10 was Georgia's best for sure. For Australia probably McReight, absolute beast on both sides of the ball
Georgia playing some very exciting Rugby, can’t wait to see you keep improving as you work towards the next World Cup. Cheers from South Africa 🍻🇿🇦
Géorgie IS spectacular team, i love this team 🇨🇵
Mega luvs, such a great game, I could hear the yelling from here in New Zealand, Georgia is a tier one Rugby Nation to me, what a game.
Tabutsadze is Georgia's new star, he scores in almost every game, sometimes twice in a match 🤩🤩
He's not very new actually. Crazy he still didn't get his chance in France, Prem or URC.
I was watching him closely but to be honest I didn’t think he did anything special. I would have thought number 14 had a much better performance than tabutsadze
Well done the Aussies but Georgia seem to be getting better and better. They scored some great tries there and can hold their heads high. Looking forward to the "7 Nations" tournament 😉.
Ah the old boys club, tournament
Will probably be the 6 nations. Wales'll get relegated with Gatland in charge.
*8 nations, as Georgia and Portugal are now in the under 18's six nations. So give it a few years and you'll both be in the main one.
@@freddiemedley5580Georgia have 1000 and Portugal had 0 won over them,Georgians won Rugby Europe 3x times more than any other teams in there also they won that tournament 10x times in a row, their U18's won over france in their first ever six nations tournament,Georgians have absolutaly elite U20 team as they already won over France,Scotland (2x times),Argentina (2x times),Ireland,Italy(4x times) and current world champ England (2x times) when Portugal doesnt even participating at world cup,i support and wish for open doot policy thats the only way for rugby to became global sport as football and basketball but still i think that mentioning Georgia in one context with Portugal or any other developing nations is very unfear as they are above all over them.
@@fonsecafonseca7330 What do you mean Portugal doesn't participate at the World Cup? In the 2023 WC they beat Fiji and drew with Georgia (and deserved to win)
It says a lot, when the Wallabies had to resort to mauls, to score most of their tries. Georgia had so much more flair! Well done.
Very true 😢
They scored two tries from six with the maul, one of those was because they had 14 on the field. IMO pretty good in my books.
Very shallow analysis of the game - Wallabies made a number of breaches through their shape forcing errors and pens which allowed them opportunities both with ball in hand and through their Setpiece.
@@WhatAboutKenny Fair enough. I should have written mauls and grinding on the try line. Georgia had a hell of an entertaining game by contrast.
As Australia have learnt many times in the past; flare doesn't win you rugby matches. Australia always has attacking ability it's the forward battle they often lose.
Georgia is my fabourite other team. They play some beautiful positive rugby. They deserve more games with tier one nations
A year ago some of us were saying they should be in 6N ahead of Italy; then this year happened. Now, I think the 6N could easily become the 7N.
Yeah they definatly play attractive competitive rugby and it is also their national game.
I'am french man. In TOP 14 (french rugby championship), whe have a lot of georgians players, generally forwards. I'am sure they play pleasant and physical rugby.
@@Karma-qt4ji It would need an extra weekend in an already packed schedule and the clubs won't agree to that.
I would like to see a play off between the bottom club in the ^ nations against the winner of the second tier competition to give them a chance of promotion
@@speleokeir It wouldn't take an extra weekend; all they need to do is remove one of the two weekends in the middle of the comp where they currently don't play. Players do not go back to their clubs for that weekend anyway.
Love how confident georgians play rugby 🏉
Wow, that was more of a match than I expected! Way to play rugby Georgia! 👏👏👏 Great to watch
What second tier nation has the brainfart to run it from behind their own goal line and the skill to score on the other side of the field against a top tier nation?
Georgia: Hold my beer!!
Absolute respect. Played their socks off!
Holy Crap some of those Georgian tries should be considered for try of the year. Incredible.
As long as this gentleman commentates for Ausi Rugga I'm here for it. Not biased, hype and energy always on fire.
Completely agreed. I've always loved this guy! (unsure who he is)
Sean Maloney
What a try from Georgia form their own in goal. I expect to see this in future best ever try compilations.
Georgia, World Cup winners for sure, a team to be reckoned with in the near future. Always a pleasure watching this team go head to head with the big boys.
Tabutsadze scores from 3:45 and is one of the best tries I have ever seen.
Georgia! What a team. Give them a chance to play the 6 Nations.
Not going to happen unless they make it 7 Nations, and I don't think clubs would be too happy with that
By the time Spain. Portugal, Georgia and Fiji. Samoa and your mum play in the six nations well have the 17 nations and the four nations Rugby Championship. Why in heaven is there no call outs or pressure to expand the Rugby Championship? I would oppose expanding the 6N until the RC allows expansion.
@@galinor7 neither should expand any further
looking in from Scotland , great game, come on Georgia
Georgia, the birthplace of wine...and lightening quick wingers.
Well played Georgia! Vamos Georgia! I love this team.❤
So much time for the georgians. Love how theyve grown from being a team stereotyped as just a big scrum into one of the best teams outside of the sanzar and six nations bubble (for now anyway) 🇬🇪🇬🇪🇬🇪
Also glad to see Joe Schmidt's Wallabies continuing their winning form. As an Irish fan, I'll always have time for Joe
Even when they were stereotyped as just a big forward pack, they were still one of the best outside the top 10. Along with Japan, Fiji and Samoa, Georgia has long been a regular in filling the 11-15 ranks. It's bombed out a few times, but that happens when you're in that tier.
😂
Georgia
Every right to be!
თამუნა ❤❤❤
Some fantastic tries by Georgia. Well done gents
Грузины молодцы! Такие моменты в игре создали и реализовали! Команда достойная быть в десятке лучших!
Great game! Aussie showing some improvement and Georgia not afraid to run from behind their own posts! I want to see Georgia in a 7N soon!
Georgia is really starting to look the goods World Rugby really needs to investing these guys !
Georgia is on the verge of breaking through top tier rugby. Well done
Молодцы грузины!!! Ещё в 80-е годы они были одними из лучших в СССР.
Fuck CCCP
Aka Tabutsadze has scored around 40 tries for Georgia so far. Definitely much more to come!
Bravo à la Jeorgie ! C’est du grand art !!!
Im Armenian (country next to Georgia/Gruziya) and i have to say that I'm super impressed with how awesome Georgia have gotten in recent years. They need to keep playing the higher ranked sides to keep getting better though... who knows in another 5-10 years and things could get even better!!
thanks, bro! all the best to the old neighbors, from georgia / sakartvelo !
no Gruziya, axper. We are Sakartvelo and you are Hayastan (not Armenia).
@avtandilkhitarishvili2322 well yes fair enough that's true if you want to get to the crux of things but Aussies don't know what Hye/Hayastan or Sakartvelo is so to make it easier for them..... also I have nothing but respect for Those from your country. It's those land thieving scum to the east I take issue with.
ЦАВАТТАНЕМ !
Great performance Georgia, despite loosing, you manage to put up 29 points against a first class Australian side.
Australia, come visit us in Georgia next year.....
Have to give credit where credits due and Georgia played a magnificent game. Wish them the best in their upcoming a tests and hope they can continue the momentum 💯👌
Georgia needs more games against the top tier teams and they too will be in the top 10 soon, improving loads
Well done Georgia...
Wow guys, you had those Wallabies worried at one stage...
Well played, I've only seen this highlights, good stuff 👍🏻👍🏻🇿🇦
Georgia 🇬🇪 that was some beautiful tries coming from a Samoan Fan ‼️
4 tries and loads of flair, not just the big forwards now for Georgia. They've come a long way
Great entertainment! Georgia and Portugal play some fantastic rugby and I hope they get a chance to join the 6N soon.
Very very very nice match Georgia!!
How can anyone at this point not have Georgia as their 2nd favourite team?
Because there is Portugal. Georgia is my 3rd
Fiji has entered the chat...
ძალიან კარგი თამაში იყო, მადლობა ბიჭებს! 🇬🇪👍
Great to see teams like Georgia and Portugal scoring tries against the likes of Australia and South Africa. Keep it going guys.
Georgia deserves to play in a big tournament or at least have much more tier 1 games regularly
What a fight from georgia
They ain't just a team of forwards these days. Great to see.
What a great game it was..... very intertaining, very profesional. Great running rugby at its best. Hats off to both teams......one fowl incident red card well???? Yes it was dangerous. Number 14 Georgia reminded me of David Campiezi i think he was called. Well done nr 14. Just a great top international game after all
Wow! Georgia is tougher than I ever IMAGINED!! 😲
Part of this is also that Australia isn’t actually very good at Rugby anymore.
@@DeftPol 😆so true! It's no wonder they struggled beat Portugal last year in the World Cup! Lol. 😂😂😂
Hard luck Georgia.
Man these guys have come along way. Impressive and ultimately great for the game!
Just looking at to where they were 20 years ago, compared to where they are now, it is quite unbelievable
Well played by the Australian forward pack, Definitely the difference in this game.
Great to see Georgia rugby becoming so strong over the last couple of years.
That 100m try though...🔥🔥🔥
გენაცვალეთ ჯიგარში, ლომებო! წინ დიდი გამარჯვებებია.
Congratulations to Australia!
Грузия, достойно!!!!!!!! Воины!!!!!!!!!!!
And the population of Georgia -- 3.8 million!
bloody beauty Georgia ..... 11points !!!! be proud brothers.... n good runout Aus ... good games this weekend ....
What an amazing game of rugby.
Good on yer Georgia! From these highlights anyway, they played with no inhibitions and loads of flair and adventure! And it's great for the sport to have the smaller nations be competitive. Long may it continue!
14 Georgia played insane
Thank you Australia for your kind words and warm welcome! You are guys awesome 😎❤❤❤
I like the way Georgian play this rugby
What an awesome game from Georgia.
Imagine a competition with Georgia and Fiji playing super regular test matches, that would be amazing hey.
Wallabies are not scaring anybody with that win. Well done Georgia! Their tries were outstanding. #14 absolutely owned Tom Wright twice over! Good on ya mate!
Georgia played fantastic.. wallabies short passing reminded me of Ireland... They got the cattle, too.. that JS gonna drill them wallabies into a juggernaut beast once again!
Good game Georgia the future is bright, congratulations Australia
The Georgians played very well. Well done Aussies
Georgia really upping their game.
What a great game
Respect to Georgia
No surprise in the result but well played by Georgia. Love seeing a team that is prepared to run the ball from anywhere
Georgia Rugby will be a force to be reckoned with in the near future
good geogia congrats wallabies.
Daaam Georgia had them in panic bro
Ca progresse la Georgie !!!
Allez les gars !!!
It's not often any side can put 29 points past Oz in Oz and Georgia showed some blinding talent to make it happen.
Лело, лело, Сакартвело!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great game loved the Georgia tries
Outstanding Georgia.
The wallabies loose forwards really carried the game on this one. McReight and Valentini are something else.
Georgia! What a game!
Georgia proved its worth against tier 1 teams. Congrats to both sides.
Georgia is a team to look out for in the next 5 years...they are improving every year
I'd love to see Georgia in the 6 nations!
Irish fan here,
What a game!!!
Aussie players need to lift their game and professionalism. That is a real eyeopener of a performance, loved Georgia's commitment and desire to have a go. The aussie players don't look to be playing for each other.
Australia doesn’t have an international team anymore. The Green and gold barbarians are made up of a few Australians and a lot of mercenary players(players who could play for other nations)
They will never win a World Cup again
That third try from Georgia was pure filth! Peak counter-attacking play if ever I've seen it
Georgia really really good too see more international teams getting better around the globe well done wallabies
Big ups to Georgia, incredible game played by them, their looking pretty damn good lately
Wow - Georgia are genuinely scary in open play, and it's great to watch. If they could just learn to defend the maul they'll be knocking on the door of Tier 1 status...
Yeah, postcards from the edge….
Now Australia knows where Georgia is on a map!
I think people are being a bit unfair on the Wallabies.Georgia are not really tier 2 anymore.Boks and Pumas flogged Portugal and Uruguay .But Georgia are significantly better than Portugal and Uruguay. And Schmidt made 10 changes for this game.People are reading too much into the result.
Try of the International season so far by the Georgian 14.
This one is for all the elitists insisting that Georgia and Portugal have no place in the 6N and tier 2 teams should only have the privilege of playing T1 sides during the WC. Great game by Georgia. You should be proud!
Crumbs... well done Georgia, fantastic result, amazing tries from a very strong wing.
Go watch Sa vs Portugal guy, these minor teams have got some great future's
❤❤❤
Watch top 14, Niniashvili doing wonders there
Where did our dear Georgian pier go?Before,we would have pushed the Australians into the pier.....
And yet Georgia played well, especially in attack, scoring 29 points in Australia was not an easy task.....
Thanks to the guys, we played almost on equal terms with the world grandee at their home.....Georgia is proud of you.....Georgia🇬🇪.....
Nice to see a new nation coming here.
