Hi there Leny, in my apinion after traveling all over Australia 🇦🇺 the best "*Fish & Chips in Auss is in *Southen Victoria Why = the Fish is not flake,which is shark, ask for "southern barracuda " it's the best!!!! 😅😊🦈🐟 Southern Bara is from Lorne fishing boats.
I travelled to Queensland from the USA ( Michigan to Los Angeles) then Qantas to Sydney then Brisbane. The Qantas plane was wide bodied and there are booklets with exercises for passengers to do (while seated) to prevent foot and leg swelling caused by blood pooling in the leg veins from sitting for such a long time without moving. I exercised at the back of the plane and the flight personnel approved. It took forever to cross the Pacific Ocean! It took 20 plus hours to arrive in Sydney, Australia.
I thought the food looked nice whilst hoping it wasn't spicy. I'd love to try those polenta chips though, they looked lovely, I've had polenta before but nothing like those. I love cheese too and Delilah's certainly have a huge range of cheeses to choose from. A nice place. Lovely to see Angie again too.

Polenta is very similar to a food I eat here in Romania which is called mămăligă. It's made with corn meal. I've eaten in the form of a portion served like mashed potato and also, after cooling, I've cut it into slices and then fried it giving a result like the "polenta chips" Lee had.
The Great British Chippy in Currambine. I have been there a couple of times. Your expertise in fish and chips would know if they are authentic British . But there are lots of fish and chips available everywhere in Perth. There are also lots of Indian, Thai, and other Asian restaurants. I think the best sea food is in Fremantle on the boardwalk on the harbour. Try the kangaroo. It is available in the supermarkets. Ethicallly it is no different eating roo, as it is eating venison.

Lots of fashion food to which includes a lot of Asian style dishes. Kangaroo is obviously local to them but they love a pie to. Fish and Chips really good or it was in Sydney at Doyle’s. Do great Avocado on toast and Banana bread. Food will never be a problem in Australia. Have a great trip. You should love it, it’s just the length of flight that annoys. Shark and chip's from a shop called chips R us in midland. Very impressive. Shark is awesome fish. Soft white meat with no bones. That's my local chippy. The stuff you'll get along the coast is poor compared to our locals.

We went to Red Dog Saloon for our Christmas works night out. It cost an absolute fortune and was dire, terrible, we will never go again.
Shrimp on the barbie. The tannin and lignin in wood is a natural antibiotic much safer than plastic for cutting boards etc. So no worries.
