At the point where you select the firmware file for the upgrade portion the file you are looking for is an .eep file for the dominator/HP upgrade firmware. It will be located in the firmware folder for your new build 400 installation on your laptop.

THANK YOU I was trying to update mine with the handheld and it just wouldn't do it...
I hope it helped. I have never used the handheld but I have not heard great things from using that for much.
